Wow, talk about horrible service.
I'm an Uber Eats driver and had an order at this location. I pull up to window (after waiting 10 minutes in line) saying I am here to pick up an order and give them the name. The woman, very rudely and curtly, says there's no order immediately, then goes silent. I tell them there should be an order, and get no response. Wait a minute, try calling out, got no response. Called out, visibly frustrated by now, and the woman, who was on the line the whole time, says I'm being rude and tells me to leave. I explain that there's an order at this store, but she clearly does not care. She does not ask for info, the details of the order, she essentially just tells me to kick rocks. I demand to speak to the manager, she says she is the manager. If true, that's no way for a manager to treat anyone, the amount of immediate contempt and disregard was astounding. I pull up to the window, had to wait another 20 minutes for 3 cars. I get up and find a young Asian gentleman manning it. He was receptive, but very clearly a dear caught in headlights as he had no idea what to do in this situation (probably the fault of the manager as well for not training her employees right). I show him the order and explain what happened, for his part he does go and try to look for it, but could not find anything. Look, it's bad enough that the system screwed up, that's one thing, but usually, a manager would step in to try and rectify the situation, not immediately kick the can away and do nothing. I have the order, and not at all during any of this did they say "You're right, we'll get to work on it right away." They very clearly just wanted me gone, so I had to go to the customer and explain it to them.
TL;DR: Terrible customer service, can't even do Uber Eats orders correctly. Don't go here. Already notified corporate, but I know they won't...
Read moreI’ve been here numerous times and good luck getting through that drive-through in any reasonable amount of time. The last time I was there, and it is the last time for a reason, I placed a mobile order. I had to wait because the line was so long and it was blocking the entrance. I had to wait for the line to move just to get around the building to the mobile order spot. I parked and noted my spot, and sat there for the better part of a half hour. OK, I see they’re busy, so I get up to go walk in the store and see if I can just pick my order up. The person looking like a manager looks at me four or five times as I am standing at the counter. I see her shake her head and say something under her breath a few times. But basically, she just ignores that I’m there. Eventually, I perk up after waiting and just say “excuse me“. She turns and starts yelling at me that “I need to wait my tun.” I say nothing as she turns to one of the coworkers starts pointing at me and saying to her coworker, and this is a paraphrase,” all these people come in here looking for help and I ain’t giving them no help.” Then she laughed and turned and walked away. I get it, you’re busy. But, it’s fast food, and taking out your frustration on a customer who has done nothing to you is inappropriate. If you can’t handle this kind of work, find a different job. I would also get it if somebody comes in there being rude, they should expect something rude back. I did nothing except say excuse me after waiting for at that point close to 40 minutes. This is completely unacceptable . I left the restaurant and didn’t even get my food. I waited for about a day and McDonald’s automatically refunded the cost of my meal, so I am grateful to McDonald’s for that part. Unfortunately, for McDonald’s, I guess good help is hard to find. Especially in this part of...
Read moreThe atmosphere of the restaurant was very quiet and quaint and actually well managed and kept clean and tidy I assume due to the well-trained maintenance staff for the lobby as far as the food will the food is as always decent or good. Now as far as my experience with the employees who work there. There is a manager named Angie he was very abrupt and rude to me and then even had an attitude to me when I came and asked her for her name that way I knew who to speak about when writing this review I stood at the window in which you pick up your order for approximately 5 minutes while Angie walked past the window four different times Ashley made eye contact with me twice and then proceeded to hand to order out the window pass me not even asked me why I was staying there or what I wanted and instead I actually did her job for her because she had a customer that was behind me that did not get a receipt for her order but yet she was not sure if the order that was just brought to the window hers or not so instead of asking the customer standing behind me what they ordered she yelled out the number yet again Over Me by passing me standing in front of her which I had a question myself. My suggestion for anybody who shots at this McDonald's that is brand new would be not to come inside for your order but to do drive-thru that way you don't have to deal with it arrogance and attitude that I had to deal with...
