I feel bad that I've taken so long to give this place a review. 5 stars and then some! The product, service and everything involved are just stellar! I recently bought some transdermal cream, and let me tell you this stuff works! 1:1 THC/CBD transdermal cream. Having rheumatoid arthritis, trying to find anything to alleviate the pain is a struggle in itself. Also, I'm trying to stay away from big pharma and pain pills as much as possible. I was skeptical at first, obviously. But, I'm a believer! These products, that range from topical to oral, are honestly some of the best medicines I've had for my pain. I've gone through a couple of these as well as the droppers. If you are in constant pain, and seriously want to get away from pain pills. Then you need to look into this and give it a try. I've had coworkers give it a try, family members as well. And we've all come to appreciate just how awesome this stuff is! And the staff! 🤩 You guys are so awesome! From the 1st time on, you guys and gals have such an amazing energy and are quite knowledgeable when it comes to this! I feel terrible I haven't asked your names, but I know I'm in for a tailored made experience to help me get what I need! This business and their staff are truly here to help out. I couldn't be happier with how things have gone and to have found something, natural, that works like a dream!

Geoff, Isabel, and the other employees at Botanical are so kind, friendly, welcoming, and compassionate yet also highly professional and VERY knowledgeable. They thoroughly and clearly explain how each product works, patiently answer all questions, and EVERY employee has taken the time to write individualized instructions and dosing guides for the different products.

They have been so helpful in guiding me to the right products for chronic neurological conditions, various types of cancer, and severe PTSD with insomnia. Their upbeat, warm, positive attitudes ensure you leave their store smiling and/or laughing, whereas their professionalism, knowledge, and honesty ensures that you feel confident in each item purchased and that you absolutely will return. They ALWAYS make sure each product has a label with the name on your medical card for legal/safety purposes. Plus, the store is always spotless and clean.

I visited Botanical Sciences for the first time today and was met with a very enthusiastic and supportive team of professionals. Geoff was very helpful in helping me choose the right products for my situation and my knowledge was limited so he helped me understand what I needed and which products would be best for me to use starting off with this new medical aid. We went over dosing and he gave me handouts to take home and read to better understand how the dosing works going forward. I would not even think of going to another dispensary since visiting here and talking to Tony the pharmacist whom I contacted this past weekend to help understand the process.
