Let me just begin by saying William was absolutely amazing today! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The downside is, he wasn’t our salesmen. I think his name was Brian but who can say. He treated us like we weren’t customers at all. As if we were in the wrong in some way. I wouldn’t by a pillow case from him. He helped us in store about a month ago and wasn’t as bad as he was today, but he still wouldn’t get my business even then. He either couldn’t/wouldn’t tell us anything, stood there looking at his phone. He only said something if we asked a question and that wasn’t very much! We still didn’t know anything.
We recently bought a high point II online from Sealy, but it’s been too soft for us. We came in wanting to try the medium in what we already bought or possibly purchasing something else. I guess in his mind we weren’t really there to make a sale, which was not true. William really helped us to narrow our search and even though the beauty rest black is more than we wanted to pay originally William helped us consider our options.

I tried the 1800 and they directed me to make a issue with the order and someone at some point would call me about the issue. I asked just for a credit for the 500 additional base I paid for and no one could help me with that. I called the sales persons number and they didn’t answer. So I have a 2500 mattress laying on the floor. I’m beyond disappointed to say the very least. The frustration of waiting now waiting for someone to respond is a big problem for me as I had a painted coming in for the living and dining room that had to be cancelled with an additional charge for the cancellation. Days are not free to take off, particularly where I’m employed this time of the year; so I’m dealing with two things that will need to be resolved while I make time during the worst time...

I asked simple questions regarding prices and he came off condescending and annoyed that we were asking questions. I don’t think vaping while interacting with customers is very professional, but that’s an issue for management. He made me feel as if I was disturbing him rather than wanting to assist me to make sure that my purchase was completed. I previously went in and spoke with Trevon and he was very helpful and a major reason I decided to return to mattress firm to purchase.
