Hardee’s — Restaurant in Poplar Bluff

We normally love Hardee's. We ate in, when we received our food I found a hair in my breakfast burrito. I wouldn't have found it except I opened it to add some hot sauce. I understand things happen and that wasn't the total deal breaker. It was what happened next. The cashier who was as nice as pie, was understanding and asked if I wanted them to make another one. I replied with "yes please." Again its not the fronts fault and things like this do happen from time to time.

But from the back im guessing the manager or kitchen manager maybe yelled at the top of lungs "that can not come back over this line!" The front wasn't trying to send it back in the kitchen. He was tossing it away in that moment. A lady replied we weren't! To which the guy yelled "I wasn't talking to you!!" Then a few minutes later yelling and screaming could be heard from the kitchen all the way from the front of the building where the windows are. Great food!...

Either the drive thru speaker was broken, or the girl wearing the headset doesnt know how to project her voice clearly enough for customers to understand her. Our order was 2 double omelette loaded biscuit combos, and an order of biscuits and gravy. The wait in line seemed quite long for a breakfast order, especially when there was only one vehicle ahead of us. We arrived at the window to pay, $19.86. The girl read back our order of the 2 combos and then asked if there was supposed to be anything else. I told her we ordered a biscuit and gravy but not tonworry about it. We didnt have time to wait any longer. Both of our biscuit sandwiches were just slopped together. Horrible presentation.

I worked here for a while I absolutely do not recommend working here the boss aka Jim duckett does not care about his employees his brother witch is a MANAGER aka Kenny duckett is worse than Jim he will cuss at you for something you never got trained to do they are very unprofessional in the work place they think they don't have to change because of how long they have been there yes you can run a business being unprofessional yes you can run a business cussing at your employees it just depends on how business is and of course people would want to work there bc its a job but me no I can't stand people who treat people like garbage and the are supposed to be such great Christians has well i guess that is only in the chruch...
