Taco Bell — Restaurant in Poplar Bluff

I give this Taco bell 2 1/2 stars actully, it is a hit and miss each time we go to this Taco Bell. Sometimes the food is really good and we have no complaints, and sometimes the shells on the Chalupas are way overdone to the point you cant eat the top half of the shell and it has to be thrown in the trash or you dont get everything that you ordered and have to go back to the front or thru the driveway with your reciept to get the rest of your food. The environment in Taco Bell is usually either friendly or looks from employees that you are bothering them by ordering food. Some employees are super friendly and make you feel welcome while others are very rude and disrespectful. There is alot of teenage kids that work at this Taco Bell, so there is alot of talking instead of working and playing and joking around., but that is just kids, this does not bother us but if you dont like this type of environment than this Taco Bell is not for you. Hate the way they have changed the menu it's really upsetting when you have your favorite things for long time then all of a sudden they change it and delete so many things at once and then they don't replace it with any other kind of selections Dexter taco Bell needs a lot of improvement management changed a while back and ever since it has been very poor unclean unprofessional snotty attitudes and every time you order something it's never what you pay for they prepare your meal very sloppy the proportions that they place on the items that you order are never correct for instance I ordered two hard shell tacos I had maybe a quarter of a teaspoon of meat two or three little bitty shreds of cheese no lettuce on both of my tacos I called to complain and the manager hung up on me very unsatisfied wish there was a different one closer to me because I would not shop at Dexter taco Bell I always check my order before leaving and if you try to say anything about it they will just shut the window...

Had the WORST experience here tonight!!!! It started off with the girl who was supposed to be taking my order was to busy giggling with her coworkers to get my order right after I had to repeat it 3 times. The nacho bell grande had barely any toppings, I paid extra for extra cheese and onions and didn't get it. The smothered beef burrito was mostly rice with hardly any sauce or cheese, I was told I was given lots of sauce and got 4 whole packets. The taco meat tasted so bad I couldn't even eat them. The beef was also left out of the burrito supreme that was wrapped incorrectly. I did get a free cinnamon stick for having to wait for over 20 min after I paid to get my food (By the way, I was the first person in line). This is the second time in a row I have had a horrible experience at this location, I will not be giving them a 3rd time.
