Would love to post a positive response, and normally it is, we buy alot of sandwiches here, myself and our kids had been in the fields all day with incredible heat and my wife decided to order 9 sandwiches to bring home so we could have something cold and refreshing for supper, only to drive 30 minutes home and discover 1/3 of our order was missing. After calling and finally convincing someone it wasn't there and then driving 30 minutes back to town to finally pick up the missing sandwiches, not a single I'm sorry for your trouble or a bit of remorse from anyone in the store, just a grumpy face and here's your sandwiches as they shoved the box at her. My favorite sandwich shop but this location is not freaky fast and after eating inside twice - too many staff hanging around for there to be dirty tables, staff are rude which is unacceptable especially a (male about 5'11, stocky and late teen/early 20's) waited on me twice never greeted me or others while I ate and observed, and they should hand you napkins with your sandwich or place them in a more accessible area not behind the counter. There expensive sandwiches the experience should match. I've not had this poor experience at other shops. No issue when going through the drive through except they were not freaky fast. Also they seem to skimp on the meat I get the same sandwich always and this location seems light on the meat - same great...

We ordered $375 worth of food, that needed to be delivered at a very time sensitive time.
Jimmy John’s was 25 minutes late on the delivery (which caused people not to get their food because of the time sensitivity)
The manager threw his employees under the buss, blamed them and said he can’t find anybody to work in this town. He was extremely rude to my wife and slammed the drive through window in her face.
The other employees really tried hard to provide customer service and did the best they could.
