My husband and I stopped here to get sandwiches. After waiting for over 20 min while my husband went in I had to go in and see what was happening. He said there debit card machine was not working and that they restarted it 3 times. I had him take our 4 year old while it was my turn to wait for the machine to work. I asked them to call the manager. The teenage boys at the counter were great, but their manger was awful. I could hear here screaming at the one boy on his cell phone from across the counter. She told him to make me pay cash. He explained that I had no cash. She asked him to restart the machine. He explained they did it 3 times already. She asked him to send her a picture for proof. He did just that. Then he said the customer wanted to talk to her. The manger said he needed to restart the machine again. The boy then again said the customer would like to talk to you and handed me the phone. I told the manager that I had been waiting for over 20 min with my four year old daughter and they had restarted the machine 3 times. I asked if I could take my food or not. She said she would have to call the owner. I told her I was not going to wait for her to try and get ahold of the owner while we had to continue to wait. I asked if I could take my food since there was no way for me to pay or if I had to leave it behind. She said she could not allow me to take the food with out talking to the owner first. I left. I decided to give them another try, as the convenience of the location enticed me back. Just as disappointing this time. I ordered my wrap online and picked it up. It was literally slathered in mustard. To the point that I tried to take it apart and wipe some of the mountain of mustard off. Totally ruined the wrap and upset my stomach. Couldn’t even finish it. Yuck!
I will not be going back. I ordered a cold cut combo. The girl behind the counter only put one kind of meat on the sandwich. I mentioned that it should come with 3 meats. She told me this is the way they always make it. I thought maybe things had changed since the last time I had ordered one and that "combo" now meant just a combination of bologna (yes, that's sarcasm). I mean, I wasn't going to ask for additional meat at that point and get charged extra, so I just loaded up on veggies. I was irritated when I left, so I looked online and sure enough, it is supposed to come with ham, salami and bologna. I went right back into the store and pointed out the error by showing her a Subway screenshot of what comes on the sandwich. She didn't offer to remake the sandwich or give me the 2 meats on the side to complete the sandwich correctly. She just shrugged and stated again that that's the way they make it. Really?!?! When were ft longs raised to $30/ each???
Charged $120 for 4 ft longs today AFTER given wrong order twice! They even gave the 2 platter prepd order (wrongly to us) to the correct ones AFTER I'd brought them back since NOT what was ordered DAYS before for a HUGE bday party to be ready far before having people arrive for party in less than 30 mins by this time! They seemed only relieved that they got that (wrongly given) order back in store in time for those that prepd it to pick it up in 15 min!?! Employees clueless even on health and safety standards.... You DON'T give OUT an order that you wrongly have another even allowing order to leave their store, should've replaced order before actual prepaid order was to be picked up NO MATTER MORE WORK OR NOT! Never even asked phone number, name, just handing out orders to anyone randomly walking in & picking up!?! Odd that the wrong order of platters was nearly same exact price??
There's a large number of people in that small community that will NEVER spend a penny there again!
