Went to this location this morning, ordered a chicken biscuit, they gave me a cheese buscuit, upon returning it, cook in back cursed saying I took the chicken off, but chicken biscuits don't come with cheese and never even opened the biscuit up ... I have decided not to go here any more. There is always at least a 10plus minute wait, even when there is no other person inside or in the drive thru. Yesterday went at what I consider dinner time 5:40pm to get fried chicken. Was told there would be a wait in chicken to be cooked, they had apparently sold an 8 piece several minutes before. Use to try the breakfast but was always a wait and there are too many other restaurants nearby selling the same food, much quicker and sometimes cheaper. But as long as you are willing to wait each visit for them to fix/cook your food and then still get cold items like fries etc., with your just prepared food, this is the place for you. Read moreWoke up this morning and had a hankerin for a Hardee's breakfast for whatever reason. I do, typically, enjoy their French Toast Sticks. I am working a 12 hour shift today so I figured it was the perfect way to kick off the morning and get some energy. My mistake.
Not only did I NOT receive the French Sticks, but they also forgot the eggs AND the Sausage on the biscuit. Which is very difficult to be understanding of considering there are only 5 ingredients total and they messed up two of them.
When I called into the store OF COURSE I got some dude telling me that he was the manager, that they really can't do anything to fix it, and that I could call a 1-800 number if I needed further assistance.
I don't mean to be "that guy" but this is exactly why you are managing a fast food restaurant as a grown man "Gerald". If you can't mange to put 5 things together in the correct order, maybe you shouldn't be employed. Read moreI went to pick up an order this morning and found the doors locked.
When I went through the drive through to pick up the order, I showed them the instructions on their delivery platform profile and suggested they put up some signs and edit their profile.
The young woman at the window simply stuck the food out the window at me, and in a surly voice said, "you have a nice day, sir," and shut the window in my face.
Before I left, I watched several customers find the door locked the same way that I did. They did not appear to be any happier than I was.
The store did not appear to be very busy; however, they apparently did not have sufficient time and/or staff to make a sign for the doors. Maybe I am being a little picky, but this just seems lazy and trifling. If you really don't want to provide polite service and a little communication to your customers, then you should just close down and go home.
If you do, please don't forget to turn out the lights so we can take our business, and our money, elsewhere. Seems to me you would be doing us all...
