The five photos show the "same" order, but from two different locations. I normally frequent the Hampton establishment and should have just gone there first! Anywho, the first two pictures are from this Domoishi. When I arrived, there was only one other customer in line. I used the kiosk, sat down and proceeded to wait 20-25 minutes just to find that my order had been made incorrectly (on top of feeling rather light). I waited another 10 minutes for a second bowl to be made, which also felt light. Neither bowl I received appeared to be completely filled. I knew I couldn't be imagining things, so I went to the Hampton location just to be sure...and sure enough, upon placing the same order I received a much better quality bowl (in around 5 minutes!) that was completely filled. Not only this, the price was CHEAPER than what they charge at this location! The last photo shows the two bowls side by side. Can you guess at a glance which one came from this location? Just go to the Hampton Domoishi; they have a higher rating for a reason.

I usually go to the location in Hampton, but had to go here today because it’s around my job. As soon as I walked in, the girl tells me that they don’t have everything out because it just open, and I said that’s OK, I don’t mind waiting. And I patiently waited. Upon getting my food, I noticed that there was no Boba in my Boba tea, so I pointed it out politely and she said oh, you wanted Boba? And told me that it would be an charge extra, and I pointed at the menu that said it came with Boba, and she then told me that they were all out of Boba, and that it took hours to make, knowing that it takes 15 minutes to make. I politely asked her not to lie or charge people extra in the future, and told her to have a wonderful day, and it’s safe to say I won’t be going to this location again. Also, they put bad avocado in my bowl.

As soon as I cracked open the lid, the smell hit me - like, literally, it smelled like burnt sugar and stale milk. I was like, "What in the world?" The flavor was off the charts... bad. It was like they took all the leftover tea bags from the past week, threw 'em in a pot, and hoped for the best. The boba itself? Forget about it. It was like eating tapioca pearls that had been sitting in the cup for days. They were hard, stale, and tasted more like chemicals than anything remotely natural. Needless to say, I won't be back. If you value your taste buds, stay far, far away from this dump. One star from me, and that's being generous. Has anyone else had a similar experience here?

This was genuinely so disappointing😭 this location used to be pretty good and reliable but the last two times ive been, i was super disappointed. First time, i got a poke bowl and one or two of the toppings didnt look right but i tried some anyway and it definitely wasnt right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again today. Bro. Half of the things in the bowl were definitely out of date. Im not usually someone that leaves reviews often, but this place is going to get somebody sick. Paying $16 for a bowl plus tip and half of the ingredients are expired is wild. This would be a huge health code violation which puts your jobs at risk. It puts others at risk for food poisoning or even worse. When i called today, the employee very obviously did not care which is whatever. Ive also worked jobs i didn't care about that much, but dude, i’ve never just not cared to THAT extent. Idk if its your management or this dudes general idgaf attitude but someone needs to get fired bc WHAT. Im genuinely like aghast. Like clutching my pearls and beyond baffled. Idek what else to say, but like dude go work in retail where you cant potentially kill someone from...

I have wanted to try this place (Denbigh location) for a while and had an opportunity today (4/8/21 around 12:30pm)! I will start with the positives....I got a Thai Boba Tea and a Salmon Poke Bowl. They were both delicious and I didn't wait more than 5-min for them to be ready. If I were just rating the food I would give this place 3-4 stars; it was good but definitely not $20/person good. The customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The young woman working the counter never smiled, never greeted me (or anyone else who walked in after me), and was VERY rude when I asked if they could do poke bowls (since the posted menu didn't have them listed). She treated every customer that came in after me the same way and would just sit, look briefly up from her texting, and gesture at the take out food lined up when people would come in for pick ups. The cherry on the customer service cake was the verbal altercation she got into with her coworker who was doing the cooking while myself and 3 other patrons waited for our food. I doubt I will eat at this...
