I had the pleasure of being helped by an incredible employee named Daniyaha at Jersey Mike’s, and I can honestly say it made my whole day. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience.

Not only was she super friendly and attentive, but she also made my sandwich with such care and precision—it looked just like the photos (and tasted even better). She moved quickly without ever making me feel rushed, and even took a moment to double-check that everything on my order was perfect.

You don’t always come across employees who go above and beyond, but Daniyaha absolutely does. Her positive energy and professionalism set a great example, and she’s a real asset to the team. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the great food, but for service like hers.

The customer service is AWESOME! We went to the Central location tonight (9/13) and were treated horribly so drove to this location right before closing. We called and the lady who answered was soo sweet and told us they’d wait on us. We got there RIGHT AT closing and the lady & gentleman helped us with smiles on their faces. I don’t think I have ever received outstanding customer service like this. The food was AMAZING! We will be back tomorrow and I hope those same employees are there so we can bless them. Please give them a raise because after tonight I will travel 40 minutes to JUST this location...

Service was horrible they had three girls working behind the counter they asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted and I told them at this time one of them got a phone call on their cell phone which stopped everything while they laughed and talked on their phone. Was asked four different times what kind of sandwich I wanted . I was just about to walk out when the manager came out from the back and saw me and spoke to me very friendly guy he knows me from coming in the restaurant do often I didn’t have a chance to talk to him about the service but I won’t...
