Paul's Seafood — Restaurant in Port Allen

Chinese food that only serves 3 Chinese dishes. The chicken is usually overcooked and the rice is dry. The guy who answers the phone is rude and he doesn't pay attention to how he rings up the food. I had two separate orders and one I was paying with cash and the other I was paying with card. He rang up the first one took the cash out of my hand open the drawer then ring up the second one while the drawer was still open swiped my card and close the drawer and never gave me my change back for the first order I had to wait till all the transaction was completed and I told him where is my change?
