Went in Sunday 4/3/22 around 9:15 am. Has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in by 25 years being around the restsurant industry as a consultant. First the food took way to long. So long in fact we witnessed an older gentleman get up mad and say he doesn’t want his breakfast anymore. So the waitress took his french toast back to kitchen. To which the manager on duty announced that if the kitchen needed a french toast order just use it. 20 mins later another table gets up yelling and cussing.” It took this long and y’all still couldn't get it right “. Smh. Now to our food and service. Our waitress was nice but appeared to in the weeds. I had to get up to refill my own coffee. We ordered fried chicken biscuit with hash browns, white gravy. and veg omelette with a side of sausage. When the food came out 45 mins later. My fried chicken biscuit looked horrible with one very little piece of chicken nugget on it. The biscuit was rubbery. My fiancé's veg omelette had huge chunks of vegetables in it. To make it worst my hash browns took another 10 mins as did the side of sausage. I wish i was making this up. How is this place in business. The manager on duty mumbled. Im not dealing with attitudes today. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Geez it was as bad as it gets. If there was a neg 5....

So the food was delicious, and the people are sweet as can be… BUT… I (along with two others in my party) ordered a Seafood Combo which was supposed to include Catfish, Shrimp, and a stuffed crab… When our orders came out, there were no stuffed crabs… When I inquired about it, I was told “Oh we’re out of the stuffed crabs so we gave you an extra piece of fish”… I was like, well you should have said something because that crab was the reason I ordered what I did and if you had told me that, I would have just ordered a fried fish plate (at about HALF the cost)… They’re solution: give me a free $2 drink… That math don’t math…$30 for 3 catfish filets and 4 shrimp 🤦🏻

If you don’t have all of the items to complete an order, you give the customer a heads up and allow them to potentially select another entrée from the menu…

Also, there is absolutely ZERO reason that I should have to pay a credit card surcharge… Not a reason on this planet that when I just spent $140 on dinner that you can’t eat the $2 fee that the credit card processor charges you to accept a credit...

My wife & I went last week. I ordered the club sandwich & my wife got the crab cake sandwich. It took a really long time to get the food even though they were not very busy at the time. When the food did arrive, we were very displeased with what we got. They burned all the bread on the club sandwich (noticeably blackened), put way too much mayonnaise on it & the bacon was rock hard. My wife was expecting a fried crab cake but it looked like they tried to cook it on a grill top. It was discolored, mushy & tasted absolutely terrible. Pretty much the potato chips were the only thing edible on both our plates The waitress was more interested in yapping with the locals than waiting tables. After sitting there for almost 10 minutes with our plates piled up we practically had to stand up & flag her to come bring the bill so we could leave. Don't even get me started on the bill either... $23.00 for bad service & shitty food. We will not be going...

Shameful! I looked online for Court Street Cafe menu and phoned in an order for onion rings listed at $10.00 and a shrimp remoulade salad listed for $13.00. The stated nothing about price increase on the phone. Upon arrival they charged $12.00 for the onion rings, and $15.00 for the salad. I mentioned this to them and they said "Oh our online menu hasn't been updated". I said this is false advertisement. They said nothing. $30.59 for a salad and onion rings. The onion rings were burnt ( see pic ) and the salad had 2 cucumbers, 2 tomato slices, 6 strings of cheese. The shrimp looked and tasted like freezer shrimp from Walmart. I feel robbed! Ive been here before and had good experiences, not sure what changed. I definitely will NOT return, and I DO NOT recommend this place anymore. I would be ashamed if i served this crap for this high dollar amount. So if you DONT want your moneys worth go here. NOTE: I saved the online menu, see the pic.

This small place hit a home run with me.... all the way up to the bill. The food and atmosphere here were just exquisite. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had in quite some time, and you can tell everything was freshly cooked and crispy. Normally, I do not get dessert, but they said everything was homemade, so why not! Again, I just knocked it out of the park! No to the one downside. Got the bill, and there was an extra charge for using a credit card to pay the bill... huh... isn't that a cost of doing business. Understand this I would return as the food is that good!

Waitress (Kelsea) was to worried about a lady and her child who walked in and placed their order before ours after we already gave her ours. She failed to state link sausage was regular sausage not breakfast sausage as stated on the menu. She never came to the table to ask if we would like a refill coffee. This is our 1st time coming here and WILL BE OUR LAST. For all you out of town people STAY AWAY.... they offer very pour customer service; food quality was ok.... nothing to brag about.
