Raising Cane's — Restaurant in Port Allen

The quality of food has went waaaayy down, when it first opened it was delicious, now the chicken is hard, and taste old especially at night, the bread is stale, the only thing good is the sweet tea, we have come to expect great food from canes and this location sadly has declined in quality, and the prices have increased we pay 17.00 just for our son’s order, we and quite a few friends of ours sadly don’t come here often anymore, we all agree the food is not good anymore .so sad especially because we are all late night eaters and loved having them open late, but the food is especially bad at night….we just drive over the bridge and go...

The new location in WBR is missing the crunch I’m accustomed to. It is a terrible location. Drove up and there were 5 WBR sheriffs vehicles parked in an effort to teach people entrance and exit pattern. Our tax dollars at work I guess. Instead of having driveways off of the service road like all the businesses along there. You have to enter from the Walmart entrance, drive around the building trying to miss vehicles in the drive through line, and once you get your meal you have to exit through the Starbucks lot. My food is horrible and I’m truly not happy about it. I was starving and craving canes but this is pure disappointment. The fries taste as if they were doubled dipped in grease and the chicken is greasy and soggy as if they were under a bunch of chicken soaked in grease or doubled dipped as well.
