I have eaten PHO at so many places I can't count... you can see my reviews and I rarely even review.

VIEN DONG, at least this one time I tried driving through the area, offers more meat in their Pho than any other place I've tried in my life.

Their noodles are plentiful and pre cooked to perfection.

Lots of fresh onion and cilantro too.

Their broth is not the best I've had but it's probably top 15% I've ever experienced... and this is not a slight against them. I've been eating PHO daily for weeks traveling solo across the USA and this is the best Bowl I've had since Aspen Colorado. This place is real.

Terrible customer service. I understand that it was busy and the lady was the only person at the register ringing customers through. That being said, it is not okay to blatantly ignore a customer. I waited in line and when I got to the counter with the menu in hand and my card out ready to order take out, the lady skipped right over me, to help the customers who were behind me. MULTIPLE TIMES. Not sure if it was because they finished eating and were ready to pay and she was anxious to close out orders, but it is NOT okay to de-prioritize a person who has clearly been waiting in line and not even acknowledge them. My beef was bloody, I asked for a refund and was told NO that they can fix it by putting it in the microwave 😂😂 when I took the food to the health department supervisor to LOOK at. He called them and their toon of No Refund changed really Quick. I go back to this restaurant where the manager refunded my money by Throwing it at me...
