McDonald's — Restaurant in Port Barre

They re-modeled this location recently, for the longest time this was one of the worst McDonald’s around, not sure if they changed management or not but all the employees are great since the re-model so I’m assuming there was some sort of regime change, now it’s one of the best locations around.

I’ve ordered McDonald’s frappes at so many McDonald’s locations it’s ridiculous, the way you know if you are at a better location is how full they put the whip on top, if it’s not all the way more than likely they don’t take as much pride in their drinks…

If you don’t care about how you’re treated go there. I was passing through and went in to get me and my grandkids something to eat. Customer service is horrible ! Rudeness 101 the girl asked me what I want ! Really no can I help you straight attitude like she didn’t want to be there . You’re not doing my a favor I’m doing you one ! If there is no customers you don’t have job ! Then to top that off my food was cold and fires burnt like they had been sitting there nothing fresh . To managers there please train your staff to be kind and courteous to the customers that are coming in spending their hard earned money there.. Ordered the Bacon Smokehouse Double Meal. I returned home and bit into the burger when I noticed one of the meat patties was not fully cooked. I am guessing they were rushing food off the grill because they were busy inside and drive thru but still doesn't make it acceptable!
