Horrible experience. Instead of the 20 minutes I was told, had to wait 40 minutes for food. When I arrived to pay, my fries hadn't even been out down to cook yet(supposedly only 1 fryer working). After leaving with my order, I was not given my 2 sodas that I had paid for. Tasted the fries and they were horrible. Not seasoned and had the worst freezer burnt flavor, we had to throw them away and couldn't eat them. We asked for our toppings on the side. They were, but were in the same containers as the hot food. The mayo, pickles, lettuce and tomato were all hot from the food and had to be thrown away. Didn't want to get sick especially from hot mayo. Our tenderloin didn't taste like tenderloin, tasted like fried chicken which was also being cooked in the 1 working fryer. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that deter you. The chef knows how to cook! I was almost seduced by the Station 4 Burger which promised a lot of heat, but decided to go with their famous Tug Burger instead. And it was really good. Burger patty tastes hand-made and fresh. Onion rings were the best I have had in recent memory. And the cheese fries are to die for.

Called to order pickup. 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, and 1 order of cheese curds. Show up and they had only wrote down 1 burger with fries. Sat 15 minutes for the rest of the food only to get home and both burgers were made wrong and there were no cheese curds.
