Panda Express — Restaurant in Port Hueneme

Just went through, staff had zero clue about what allergens were in any of the food. One of the staff claimed the chow mein were egg noodles when they clearly are not.

I have family members that are severely allergic to Eggs and Dairy.

How hard is it to know which food items have allergens or to look something up before blatantly claiming certain foods have an allergen?

Not to mention, after already ordered my plate (without the ability to order for the rest of my family), the staff completely forgot a protein. I already left so it's too painful to go all the way back to get what I paid for.

The manager needs to get their staff in check. Absolutely uncalled for.

Lastly, to Panda as a business.....why would you ADD dairy to the chow mein now? It wasn't needed then, it isn't needed now. No longer am I able to take my family here for...

Came in at 5:15 and they had half a serving of old, fried rice and 1/4 serving of noodles, some orange chicken and the saddest looking serving of broccoli beef. Quick stop for lunch while visiting Navy Exchange in Port Hueneme Base. Customer service was good, large portion veggies- rice, small portion of actual chicken and mushrooms. Food was your typical Asian fast food, it was decent.
