KFC — Restaurant in Port Hueneme

Horrible Service!!!!! I was told in the drive thru that my food was going to take 8 min to cook and to park out front. After 15 minutes of waiting I went in the store and walked straight up to the counter. I was completely ignored by 5 employees. One girl was looking around me to outside for her ride to show up. Another employee on his break just sat there. I asked him if someone was going to help me. He said someone should come up in a minute. After waiting another 5 min I asked loudly if anyone was going to help me. One very rude girl looks at me with a disgusted look and said you are waiting for your food right? I said yes and was told it would be ready in a couple minutes very rudly. I told them it would be nice to be acknowledged and was again just blown off. Then when given my food no thank you, sorry, nothing. Just another dirty look! I will be making sure people know about the horrible customer service at this location. This is far the worst fast food I have ever ordered. I ordered 12 pcs chicken wings and they were hard and dry. It looked like they've been sitting in a bin for so long. We could not even eat it because we were concerned about our health. That was far the worst wings I have ever seen in my life. I also ordered 8 pcs Chicken but they said they were out? That is just unprofessional. So, I ordered the 8 pcs chicken tenders instead with extra Honey BBQ Sauce. They did not give me any sauce at all. I was missing gravy for my mashed potato. Normally I would rate this place with 5 stars because the food is good , but this time I can only give it 4. I ordered online for later pick up. I ordered a bucket of chicken strips. Now, their sauces are . 25 cents each, so I spent a dollar and ordered 4. The lobby was closed so I picked up through the drive through. I get home and there was no sauce. None! Maybe it's my fault for not checking my order at the window but I usually think when you order food online that the people putting your order together can read, so I give them the benefit of the doubt.
