I ordered big breakfast with hotcakes and was only rung up for a big breakfast I also ordered a large orange juice and two McDoubles. I work midnights so my lunch break is until 2 in the morning and I have to get my food get back to work eat it all within 30 minutes so I need the right order at the Quality that you expect from an establishment such as yourselves. My food was ice cold and the biscuit that came with it was as hard as a rock. I didn't get any ketchup packets for my hash brown and eggs like I asked but I got my maple syrup for the hot cakes but no hot cakes. The gentleman working the drive-thru taking orders wasn't happy that he was there. I could tell by the tone of his voice and I look of disgust on his face as I'm handing him the money for the order. If you want to call the store to make a complaint about your order you get treated like you're a liar and you're just trying to steal food from them. No one deserves to be treated like that. Again no one at all deserves that. I used to work there when I was in high school for 3 faithful and happy years. I worked the drive thru, I loved the interaction with our guests and I made sure that I put a smile on everybody's face. Now you don't get that kind of service anymore from your corporation. There's a lot of work to do to change the image that everybody is getting of McDonald's anymore. I'm ready to swear you guys off the rest of my life, that's how utterly let down I am with McDonalds anymore. Thank you and...
Read moreFood is horrible at this McDonald's. What's even worse is service. You got the staff cussing at the window while taking payment, fooling around. You sit there and wait over 10 minutes when you're literally only person in line, no one in front or behind you, or in store. For 2 burritos and a mcmuffin. No matter what time of day it's horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Pine Grove by the bridge.
UPDATED: The food here is getting better, but the service is even worse. Staff cusses at the window, goofs off, and takes forever with orders. Even if you're the only customer, expect to wait over 10 minutes for something simple. No matter the time of day, it’s always slow. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's on Pine Grove by the bridge instead.
If you must order here, use the app and select "I'm here" 15 minutes before arriving—otherwise, expect to wait at least that long. Also, check your Happy Meal—three times in one week, they forgot the toy. Try explaining that to a disappointed 5-year-old after a long day of play rehearsals...
Read moreVery bad manager. Avoid this McDonald's location
We stopped at this location with my family. The manager came out and yelled at us telling us we must leave becuase I also had a bag of food from Burger King. The reason I had the BK food was b/c my wife and son have guten issues and can not eat McDonald's fries (they contain guten). She did not need to be mean, she did not need to shout across the restaurant, I told her we were going to buy food (there were 7 of us !). She said this was McDonald's policy and nothing she could do about it. The other customers and crew looked very embaressed by her rudeness and the bitterness she displayed. The first words out of her mouth were 'you need to leave'.... FROM ACROSS THE RESTAURANT !! This manager needs to be fired. We were attending a wedding, dressedup, so we did not look like vagrants.
Do not eat at this location, unless you too want to be treated rudely. Please visit BK or Wendy's nearby ... YOU'LL BE...
