Jonathon R. provided us with a smart home plan that addressed all our needs and had our job promptly scheduled. When Technician Cody H. arrived to install, he was well prepared, pleasant and professional. He walked us thru each device set-up, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left.

We had Blue Water AV install several outdoor security cameras on our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. Cheryl was excellent on the phone during the initial call and on follow-up conversations. Travis and Adam arrived on time for the installation and they were friendly, professional and super efficient. They gave great advice on where to install the cameras for optimum coverage and they thoroughly explained the installation process and how to use the system. I did the full package from Blue Water. The Cameras for Security, the music for outdoor and indoor and of course the Trim Lights for my entire house. Couldn't be happier not only with the product, but also how professional they are. They came on time and also called ahead to let me know. Only took a couple of days and they were done, everything cleaned up. Top notch company and great employees as well.
