Bush's Chicken - Port Lavaca — Restaurant in Port Lavaca

POOR SERVICE, AND POOR MANAGEMENT, I came to Bushs on a Monday I was the ONLY car in the drive. It took about 15 minutes for them to come out and serve me. Guy who took my order was very rude and in a hurry, which idk why he was in a hurry if I was the only car in the drive thru!! When he came back with my 20tender meal my fries were soggy and cold, even my mash potatoes were cold! My gravy was lumpy and my tenders were hard and cold!! So I asked to speak with the manager and the manager came out and asked what was the Problem. I told him and he didn’t apologize or anything and all the car hops were standing at the door laughing and staring at us. He didn’t help me at all!! He told me that there was nothing that he could do and that it would be 20 minutes to get everything fresh after I was already waiting 20 minutes to place my order and get my food !! This is supposed to be fast food and 40 minutes for fast food is not fast food !!! I will be calling cooperate on this location I advise that you do NOT come here while They are slow unless you want...

Went there around 12:15pm and waited in 2nd lane cos first lane had 3 vehicle in it. So after about 4 mins a vehicle pulled up behind me then about 3 mins after another. Mind you no one has taken our order. So now one by one all 3 vehicles leave with their orders one first lane. No one has taken our order after 10 mins waiting. I thought this was fast food. Truck comes in on first lane. Waits about 1 min. Girl comes out and takes their order. Oh two vehicles behind me gets his order and leaves. So I call Bush's to complain about my wait. Mgr Gerardo tells me that he has only two waiters for drive thru. Never apologized or even to come take my order!! So as far as I'm concerned if I want to wait for my food and don't mind rudeness, I'll go to Bush's. Very poor management....

Appeared to be ran by only by teenagers with little to no professionalism. Stood at the counter being unacknowledged for entirely too long while about 4 kids walked around yelling and laughing, no hurry to serve any customers. There is 1 lady who looks to be older than the other employees and she is nice and always is rushing and working hard, a couple of young men that are helpful and pleasant also. Food is over priced for service to be so poor. I eat here a couple of times a month and it's almost always the same messy and unprofessional kids...
