I know McDonald's has a higher standard than whats put in place here. There was at least 9 employee's on the clock, or AT THE VERY LEAST, there were that many standing behind the counter. I order 2 McChickens and 1 Large Drink at around 7:20 or so on Wednesday September 12th. I had nothing wrong with my order, it was what it was supposed to be. Just that. However, what I had a problem with was these no work ethic havin Millennial's that don't work. I get my drink cup, go fill it with Ice, no tea. Thats Ok. I go to the counter. There is the counter lady helping her customer👍. The Drive through lady is helping her's👍. The two in the back making the food are doing what they supposed to👍👍. That leaves at the very least, 5 unaccounted for. 1 was playing on her phone, right next to the lady on the front counter👎. 1 guy was reading a newspaper behind the counter👎. 1 lady with a white shirt gray pants curly hair was telling a story👎 while the other 3 were listening to her 👎👎👎. All the while I'm standing there waiting for my Drink Cup to be filled, and the 1 helping the counter is asking for someone else to help me. I mean, if you need someone to just stand around and get paid for absolutely nothing i have plenty of individuals that live on the street in the Dallas Fort Worth area that would love to get some money in there pocket for doing nothing. Read moreMy husband & I stopped at this location on Friday March 22, 2024. The bathrooms were not clean and 1 of 2 stalls were "out of order." We ordered our frappe on the McDonald's app. Then we proceeded to wait & wait & wait. The kiosk to order from was closed/out of order. None of the menu boards were working and the screen to check the progress of you order was blank and out of order as well. After about 10 minutes I approached the counter and waited for a team member. When I asked why I was waiting so long for my frappe she stated that their machine was out of order. Why then was I able to order one on the app with this location selected? At other locations if equipment is out you can't order that product. I explained that we had already paid for our order on our mobile app. She offered to make a shake for us, well didn't want a shake or we would have ordered that. Never offered us a refund. This is only the second McDonald's in my life that I will never return to or recommend. Since so many things at this location were out of order we just left. 100% disappointed. Read moreWorst McDonald's I’ve ever been to. My wife placed an online order for the mobile app, I went to pick it up. Waited there 30 minutes as the order had been placed 40 minutes before I arrived, so at that point the order had been placed 1 hour and 10 ago. On top of that a bunch of other customers around me had been waiting 20 to 30+ minutes as well for their orders. Everyone was surprised for how long I’d waited. After asking where the order was, the cashier had no idea where it was. Finally was able to get it (again 1 hour 10+ minutes after the order was placed). I even had to go back in after bringing the food to my car for missing items. I understand places get backed up especially during busy times, but this was the worst customer service I’d ever received (or rather lack of), no one apologized for an order that took over an hour to make for FAST food, no offer for discount— nothing. The food ended up being cold and disgusting, despite the fact that the cashier originally couldn’t find my order in the back apparently it had been sitting there forever...
