I ordered a quart of shrimp fried rice with x tra egg and it was like eating a bowl of rice with no xtra egg and there wasn’t nothing for shrimp in it. The bowl of fried rice you see in pic i ate 4 little pieces of shrimp out of that whole bowl. Usually in fried rice they put carrot and peas and there wasn’t anything but a couple pieces of onion. Truthfully for over $10 a quart it was more like eating a bowl of plain rice. That yellow thing in pic was my xtra egg I ordered, lol.Very disappointed and we order from here all the time and always spend about $40 and tip very well.Don’t know what happened to your fried rice but you need to add some carrot and peas to it to give it some flavor. Then I asked them for xtra soy sauce packets and I asked them 3 times and they give me 2 packets for 3 meals.Don’t know what happened but won’t be spending my money if your going to cut corners like that to make your money when my money keeps you in business.Threw almost the whole quart of rice in the garbage. The restaurant called me today and said he was off yesterday and he would make it right today as we order there very often and is usually great! Thank You for calling me on this matter much...
Read moreWe decided to try Tian Tian for the first time because we have not been pleased with other Chinese takeout in the Port Richey area. Our food was good. However, I ordered Subgum Wonton and it was definitely not what they described - there was NO bamboo shoots, NO water chestnuts, NO baby corn, and not even any Crispy Wonton which is a pretty important part of SUBGUM WONTON and on top of that the "KING CRABMEAT" was Krabstick [and too much of it]!! We also ordered the Bourbon Chicken combo meal and that was very good - the eggrolls are superior to other places in the area (although my homemade eggrolls still trump any takeout anywhere - just sayin').
Overall we were pleased with the presentation, flavor, and the portions of the food. We will order from here again - next time Beef with Broccoli, General Tso's Chicken, and Wonton soup. We'll be looking for plenty of crisp Broccoli along with the Beef, actual peppers in the General Tso's, and flavorful not overly salty Wonton soup... we shall...
Read moreI've been ordering from Tian Tian for at least the last 20 years or so and I've yet found another Chinese restaurant that compares. I always order the Beef and Broccoli and the Chicken Lo Mein, but I've had the Hunan beef, sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice, Chinese donuts, Bourbon chicken, orange chicken, spring rolls, French fries!! They always have huge portions, there's always enough for leftovers, the food is hot, fresh, perfectly cooked, and tastes great every single visit. The prices are really good in my opinion as well. I lived in NYC for a while and even the Chinese takeout there didn't compare to Tian Tian and I missed the food from here so much. While I lived out of state. The food is always ready very quick, and every other dish I've tried over the years has been delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone I can. You won't be...
