This Location is a joke I came in on Tuesday (day of this review was left) at 5:40,after calling for over a half an hour so that I could tell them what kind of pizza I wanted to order but they never answered the phone I had called many times and the entire ride there and they NEVER ANSWERED! when I got to the parking lot I saw the door had a sign that made it look like it was closed, even though the open light was on. I sat there for another 10 min trying to look up the number for another pizza place on my way to company gathering .I actually decided to just go for the door after two people left after not trying to open it. It was open , I go inside and told the worker how I had been trying for a long time before getting there so I could order many different pizza for the company party but they were not answering n the lady working the counter lied right to my face and said that they have been slammed and I “just missed it” and that’s the reason that they hadn’t been answering the phone there, even though I had been in the parking lot for over 10 minutes and I told her I had been she said oh there’s just a few of us and made so many excuses now on top of the lie I called her out on. She didn’t apologize just got the plan pizzas I had to settle for with an attitude like I inconvenienced her even coming inside and not run off by the sign the made for door I saw make several people not even try the door and leave very mad , then she didn’t give me the sauce for my breadsticks N I had to turn back around after I realized she didn’t put any sauce in the bag. when I was coming back in I redialed the phone while coming back through the door and I couldn’t even hear it ring they had turn the ringer off and this sign on the door. Who ever was running this store should be fired! Between the sign on the door making it look closed or NOT SAY what the issue is, then lying about what’s going on, turning of ringer, being rude to the customers n due to their bad service only having plan cheese pizza n nothing else it’s only a matter of time before it goes out! With COVID and everything going on u would think these workers would be grateful to still have a job and count there blessings but they clearly don’t want to be bothered !! Read moreI ordered 5 pizzas due to having a large family they were to be delivered. The delivery person only brought 2 pizzas and proceeded to drop them off in the dirt on an ant hill so my boxes were covered in red ants. I called customer service for delivery and The lady proceeded to tell me that they could only give me a 75% refund and it would take 7 to 10 business days. There was nothing else they could do for me which is absolutely disgusting. It’s already irritating that I got two of the pizzas and then we couldn’t even eat them because they were covered in ants. I can only get 75% of my money back and it was gonna take almost a week two weeks. Let’s just say we’re going on day 20 and I still haven’t received my refund. when I called back, they said to give them another one to three days to see why I didn’t get it. Then here we are again. I asked the girl behind the counter why they never had regular pepperoni or cheese ready. She told me cause sales showed they sold much more extra. So I took note. That time 18 people ordered while I waited for my pizza. All 18 ordered regular. When they all were told they would have to wait, but they have extra ready now only 4 people got the extra. Next week same thing. This time 21 people ordered 19 ordered regular only two extra but the same thing all were told they only have extra ready now. So out of the 19 regular orders 9 choose to get extra so they won't have to wait. The last time I went same as before. 14 ordered regular no one ordered extra, but 8 of those choose to get extra so they wouldn't have to wait. So in short 53 people ordered pizza only 2 out of 53 ordered extra something. They ended up selling extra to 17 customers only because they didn't have any regular pizza ready.
