Came out of my nail salon today and saw this food truck in the parking lot. I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did! I got the steak quesadilla and it was SO delicious! The flavor and tenderness of the steak was perfect. It also came with rice and beans and both had great flavor as well. The owner was very friendly and said this was his third weekend there. The tacos were decent and the portion sizes were fair for the price, but nothing really stood out. The meat had good seasoning, but some pieces were a bit dry, and the tortillas could have been fresher. Service was friendly but a little slow considering the short line.
