I love the aesthetics, family friendly and kid friendly and was really excited about this new location since it’s closer. However so far the experience has not been too great the 2x I came. First time my dine in order came out as a to go order. While another table had theirs beautifully arranged and delivered. No big deal simple mistake, however the meal was sloppily put together as to go orders typically don’t get the same care in preparation as dine in. Next time my order never went through for some reason as we sat outside waiting with a buzzer to no avail. No one ever bothered to come out and let us know nothing would be coming. When we went inside the guy was nice and apologetic but couldn’t figure out why he didn’t just come out and let us know. The other location is better in food quality. Less crowded so better and faster customer service that was...

Their arepas are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, filled generously with fresh ingredients. The pabellón criollo is a masterpiece—tender shredded beef, sweet plantains, black beans, and rice, cooked to perfection. Don’t miss the tequeños—golden, cheesy perfection. And for dessert? Their tres leches cake is pure bliss.
What sets this restaurant apart is not just the food but the vibrant and cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a casual meal or a special celebration, you’ll leave with a full stomach and a happy heart. Truly a 5-star experience all around! Can’t wait...
This is my first time at this restaurant, and it will be the last. You never experience bad service at any Venezuelan restaurant, but here it was terrible from the moment we walked in. The person serving us had an annoyed expression on her face. She didn't say hello when we walked in or when we left, and whenever I asked her something, she rolled her eyes. I understand that maybe she was tired because it was a holiday and she didn't want to work, but there were three people there working, and all three of them had a bad attitude. Anything you asked them would get upset, they wouldn't answer, and in the end, we just said "bye, thank you," and she didn't respond. She really realized that none of them were owners. When a place is run by its owners or family members, you can see and feel the difference. Normally, Venezuelan or Latin American restaurants are run by the owners, which makes the experience more pleasant and family-oriented. The food could have been good, but the unprofessional and unfriendly atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy. Sadly, I'm leaving this message, but I hope the owners see it and make changes...
