I wish I could have gotten the manager's name to post it here for she was so nice and it is always busy at this KFC esp when we have the Mets stadium maybe a mile away and almost 4 months of the games and then other teams who have houses here and the drive thru was packed with line around the building, and we actually have another KFC without the taco bell and had the inside buffet that we went to with kid's but not often bcuz we could never get fresh food or something always out an even drive thru was also a hot mess, never staffed and couldn't walk inside without literally almost falling, seriously and I have even called health department bcuz fountain drink machine had mold up under the little nozzles that hadn't been cleaned along with tables and seriously dangerous floors an that is off psl Blvd and just east of Bayshore and turnpike Bridge and we stopped after I reported roaches in the bins with soda and in straws ect and drive thru was worse an always as I said before wait forever an always had to get stuff like only 2 pc of original or no biscuits or chicken for 20 minutes but employees standing around on phones and then not washing hands, anyway we tried last time about 4 weeks after I called corporate and health department and thought they should be better but nope, soooo then we started going to this KFC and I was so impressed with the clean, non ice rink floors being so clean and staff that are all working together and manager's on top of everything and I was so happy bcuz I had forgotten about this one and happy bcuz I love KFC and taco bell. That last time visited was about 9 pm and as I said sooo busy an actually so kindly asked by the lady who was the manager to have us pull up for a few minutes while they were just waiting for fresh chicken and biscuits and I asked them to please help me with Cole slaw with juice so not dry. An she went above by getting me a small container of juice and the other container had juice. So friendly, very fresh,and actually watched the hands washed and gloves an everyone together getting car's up to windows and out. It was so awesome and it was seriously so busy. Again we actually have been back for the $20 8 pc deal and I rather have fresh "healthier choices " over any fast foods which fyi cheaper for that pc bucket, 2 mashed potatoes are the gravy which I'm not happy about the gravy and it being so small and not even enough for one container of potatoes and especially more than one person so have to pay for more, but you get 4 biscuits and coleslaw, $20.00 + tax an without extra gravy an then we did a test an for 2 ppl going to McDonald's and Wendy's an burger king and honestly 😀McDonald's was the most expensive but so close to price of drive thru the food was horrible and cold ect an only ordered a number from menu with burgers and chicken or fish sandwich no dessert or anything else an again cost $5-$8 more for less than healthier choices for KFC which we also did get their amazing cake. An we've been back 2 more time's. Hopefully I can make sure with this post the woman manager who is killing it with customer service, team player's and nonstop with everyone working an cleanliness while going an safety protocol with covid out there. I also got a soft taco 🌮😋and very happy with it too. So anyone familiar with our city will know an can't imagine having same awful experiences with the KFC only off the psl Blvd and this one in st lucie west as it's called. Hopefully I help getting the psl Blvd one cleaned up and use the manager an team as examples of how it is supposed to be done on all levels! Also so much easier to get in and out of. The other one you pull in but to get out u wait forever to get out on very busy 3 lane road and then gotta find uturns and wait again and bumper to bumper or 45 to 50 mph traffic to safely go back towards only...
Read moreI placed an order about 2 hours before the pickup time I selected. I proceeded to go to this location to pick up this very large order for a little gathering I was having. I get there and I’m very rudely told that someone already picked up my food an hour prior to the time I selected. They told me it was for delivery and that they waited an hour before someone “finally” picked it up. They then acted as if they could not remake the food since they already allowed someone to steal it. I then was told when I asked “can you remake it, I did pay nearly $80 on everything?” To pull up my email (not just the receipt) to prove that I requested it to be ready at 7pm rather than ASAP. So after tryin to open my email while also trying to talk to their little group and being ignored entirely, I finally got the “proof” that they rudely requested and was finally given the chance to actually receive my food. Then once they gave me my food, I went home just to find out they didn’t even give me everything. They left out 4 of the 6 sides I purchased. So I called to make sure I wouldn’t need any proof to receive the rest of my food and I could hear the woman who was on the phone talking to her co-worker when she asked him “how many sides did you make?” And he said “I think 4” her then responding with “ok so she’s only missing two” and then apologizing then before hanging out I hear, which was cut off by ending the call “she’s trying to get free…” and I’m sure the rest could be assumed. I had spent so much money at this location in one go and am absolutely disappointed with my entire experience. Read moreI want to share my experience with you today. I have worked at KFC in the past when I was a teenager. So l am well aware of the chicken market. My lovely family was craving delicious fried chicken tonight... I got on my wonderful and easy to use App to order... it worked flawlessly!! My son and I got into the car and decided to spend quality bonding time while we drove the 12 minutes through rush hour traffic... we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised that our order was ready in the pickup area... we then drove home and opened the round bucket of glory!!! Only to discover one leg, two pigeon sized wings, one disgraceful old breast, and one decrepit thigh... in my disbelief that they shorted me on 3 pieces of chicken!!! I must give credit where credit is due, the 4 biscuits where good and the gravy was delicious.. I tried to call the store multiple times only to have no one answer my call!!! Customer service? Screw that!! I then looked through my tears and was able to find the 1-800-CALLKFC marked on the bucket... I called and spoke to a very caring call taker who apologized multiple times for the mess up and opened a formal investigation!! She provided me with a case number and immediately transferred my call to the online ordering escalation department!! I then repeated my breathtaking story to her, talk about reliving my trauma.... She told me that my 3 pieces of missing chicken was worth only a refund of $5.00... but the trauma l received was so much more!!! My family and I will be going to bed hungry tonight, but the trauma I experienced from KFC will last...
