Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Super disappointing. We do Keto and I’ve been sick so I was super excited for my husband to bring me Taco Bell home today because it actually sounded good. Last time, I ordered my beefy five layer burritos with no tortilla and no beans and with some gentle guidance after the no tortilla confusion (I.e. my husband telling her to put it in a bowl) it was alright. This time, the lady refused to sell it like that, which if it’s policy, ok, fine not her fault, but they also made it wrong and left the beans on it so I can’t even eat it. There may have been beans on the one I did eat but I didn’t really notice unlike the second one—mind you as I’m scraping it out of two big tortillas and my nacho cheese is a loss because it’s between the tortillas. Also the soda is always gross here. We won’t be going back to this Taco Bell which is unfortunate since it is so close...

We came in twice, the first time we ordered the double steak grilled cheese burrito and there was absolutely no cheese with nearly nothing inside of it. Then we called to figure it out and they cut us off half way of us explaining and told us to come in. We came in and we were talking to the manager and we explained and showed her that there is no cheese and she told us there wasn’t suppose to be any cheese. (The outside of the wrap should be cover with melted cheese) A worker from the back told the manager that there is supposed to be cheese and the manager yelled in her face and saying “Do you want me to hurt you?” In front of us while we were trying to exchange it for the right item. Had an amazing experience today dinning in at Taco Bell. Zackery was our cashier and provided more than satisfactory service for myself, my boyfriend, my younger sister, and my daughter. Our food was hot and every time the line disappeared, Zack started wiping the tables and sweeping. Possibly the cleanest fast food restaurant I've sat at. Just when I thought he couldn't get any better, a special needs girl fell out of her chair and knocked over her finished meal, he quickly helped clean the area and told the family not to worry about a thing.
