I went through the drive through to order food for two people. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and a large fry. I also ordered a quarter pounder meal with large fry. I was told to pull forward into a mobile order spot. I then sat in the spot for 25 minutes, waiting for my food. I went inside after 25 minutes of waiting, could not get help from any employees as there were customers waiting to place orders inside. After standing for 10 minutes inside I confronted an employee and told them I was waiting for 25 minutes outside and had not received my order. I then waited 15 minutes before I got my nuggets and sandwich and 1 of my 2 fry’s.. the feta were undercooked and my sandwich wasn’t made right and nuggets were cold because they gave my order to someone else in drive through while I was waiting… I was told by the employee they were waiting on fry’s for my second order of fry’s.. I then waited another 20 minutes inside for a second order of fry’s and confronted them again that I still had not received my second order of fry’s and that my first order was undercooked.. she then took the first fry and went to get two new ones, both the fry’s were undercooked… highly disappointed with the customer service I received and the time it took to get my order.. I usually never have an issue at this location on Gatlin.. but having to wait almost an hour to get my order is rediculous.. I used to work for Mac Donald’s and if we took longer then 30 minutes on an order we were getting yelled at to figure out what’s wrong.. the lady that I felt with inside acted as if she did not want to work and was getting fed up.. highly highly disappointed and can’t even enjoy a meal cause My fry’s both times are undercooked.. and half my meal was cold from waiting so long..

Read moreSTAY AWAY!!!!! High school kids running the place and laughing when orders are wrong, when people are waiting 20 minutes, and when demanding refunds the manager will not give them. He keeps saying that it will be up in a moment. It won't! Save yourself the time and trouble and go to the five other take out places on the same corner! Even after waiting 20mins and asked for refund he finally said ok. But demanded my ice melted soda back. Walked to my car, got my cup, and ignored me another 5mins. Everyone was laughing. I never leave negative reviews but this TAKES THE CAKE. DON'T-EVER-GO-HERE!!!!!!!! When manager isn't wearing a nametag, refuses to give his name, takes phone off the line when trying to call, and Every ONE is laughing that the manager is refusing his name and a refund then that crosses the line. Dealing with this guy costed me a $400 job being late (while inside asking for SOME CONTACT INFO OR HIS NAME) yea....thats super funny. Thanks guys!! Hope you know how it feels to lose a $400 job cuz manager is acting like a 4yr old. Just told 15 people at my job site and they said "man you didn't know? That place is TERRIBLE!". We're never going there again. I don't know if their franchise cares but if they follow up then I'll post it and how they took care of the issue. I came during lunch rush and not only did they get my order wrong 3 times, when I had an employee replace the old fries I was given, he took back the fries I had (which I had already spit the one I tried and did not like and put back in the bag) and dumped them out with the rest of the fries to RE-USE them and serve them to the next customer. Any fast food restaurant I have gone to NEVER takes back an order, mind you I was on my way IN THE STORE to throw it out but got told to "give it back to them". Especially in this pandemic, this is unsanitary and GROSS to even put ANYONE at risk for ANY sickness. The manager gave me a call and I explained the situation, she totally disregarded it and asked for a receipt to "replace my order" I spent $5, I let her know I am not putting in a complaint for anything back, I felt she should be aware and once again I got told she cannot do anything without a receipt when this is about an incident I witnessed in the store. I am grossed out and worried they reuse the food they serve not following their guidelines.
