Twistee Treat PSL — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I was very excited to finally get a chance to try the Twistee treat. It was a rainy day with a car load of little people. Pull up to the menu, listened to her introduction and asked for some time to decide polite lady says "take your time". After a few moments of deciding she asks if I was ready to order, I replied no not yet. I'm sure the intercom was two way meaning if I could hear her she could hear all of us deciding. So we get our order in pull up to the window , I give them a tip before getting our ice cream and paid with my debit card. As they are preparing my order they looked like something wasn't going right. I waited a little more and to see what was going on and she tells me that the chocolate 🍫 machine is not working so we had to substitute 3 orders of that flavor. We waited some more, and it starts to rain,finally our order was up. They gave us the wrong size for 2 orders and the cups were sloppily made. Ice cream was melting and dripping everywhere. Kids not happy at all. I think its more froozen yogurt and not ice cream. Just went there to get ice cream for my siblings. The worker there with a tattoo on her forearm. Roses i believe. She was rude from the get go. Told her to give us a minute while we look over the menu. Not even two minutes later she stated very rudely with an attitude “are you guys ready yet”. There was no one behind us, its noon and raining. I would’ve understand if they were busy but they werent. She doesn’t tell us the price or even confirmed the order just “pull up to the window” she proceeds to speak to us like we’re slow just because we asked questions. She then proceeded to get the order incorrect even after asking us to repeat the order when we pulled up the window. Overall her attitude just made me never want to go back. If she hates her job, thats all she has to do but I didn’t choose her job nor did i tell her to bring her personal life to work to be upset at customers. Its your job, if you dont like it. Just quit please

I just want to letYou new owners NoThat me and my husband have been coming to your location on us1 and port saint luci for 3 years and was never told about the loyalty program me and my husband always ordered 2 large hot fudge sundays and the crew knows us very well so we decided to have r 2 large hot fudge sundays today and when we got them they were so smaller than the ones we always got and we ordered 2 large hot fudge sundays as weve done every weekend for 3 years the crew just sees my vehicle and says come on up i gotcha cause they know r order cause weve been going for years there but were not happy now because it use to be 10.70 cents now there smaller and less toppings on them and now the cost for a2 large hot fudge sundays is 13.70 which is not cool when there even smaller and hardly any fudge or whipcream or even ice cream and were upset becase also for the reward points that we never knew about for a long time so we will not be coming back until...
