I was very excited to finally get a chance to try the Twistee treat. It was a rainy day with a car load of little people. Pull up to the menu, listened to her introduction and asked for some time to decide polite lady says "take your time". After a few moments of deciding she asks if I was ready to order, I replied no not yet. I'm sure the intercom was two way meaning if I could hear her she could hear all of us deciding. So we get our order in pull up to the window , I give them a tip before getting our ice cream and paid with my debit card. As they are preparing my order they looked like something wasn't going right. I waited a little more and to see what was going on and she tells me that the chocolate đ« machine is not working so we had to substitute 3 orders of that flavor. We waited some more, and it starts to rain,finally our order was up. They gave us the wrong size for 2 orders and the cups were sloppily made. Ice cream was melting and dripping everywhere. Kids not happy at all. I think its more froozen yogurt and not ice cream. Told her to give us a minute while we look over the menu. Not even two minutes later she stated very rudely with an attitude âare you guys ready yetâ. There was no one behind us, its noon and raining. I wouldâve understand if they were busy but they werent. She doesnât tell us the price or even confirmed the order just âpull up to the windowâ she proceeds to speak to us like weâre slow just because we asked questions. She then proceeded to get the order incorrect even after asking us to repeat the order when we pulled up the window. Overall her attitude just made me never want to go back. If she hates her job, thats all she has to do but I didnât choose her job nor did i tell her to bring her personal life to work to be upset at customers. Its your job, if you dont like it. Just quit please
