Super Taquerias — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I have been a loyal customer to this location for months. The food is good, I haven't had a single thing off the menu that disappointed me. However, the customer service is lacking. I have brought a lot of business to this location, with my whole workplace ordering lunch here frequently. When using their online menu to order, we expect the prices to be accurate, but I have come to find out that the in-store prices have changed. So when my coworkers and I have a tab that should read $52, it is instead $72, causing much confusion and myself having to cover the difference. When contacting the location, I was essentially told that it's my problem, not theirs. This is massively disappointing when we eat here so often, and I bring friends and family frequently. Suffice to say, I will not be eating here for quite some time until the prices are actually accurate. Someone who orders over the phone, using an online menu, should not be expected to know that the prices in-store are different. Currently on a trip in the area. Ordered some QUESObirria tacos with my husband and son lastnight , got back to the hotel and they were plain with no queso at all in them. (And they don’t have the dipping to go with the Birrias) The restaurant was closed by the time we got back to the hotel and ate (so we didn’t notice they weren’t correctly made) so we couldn’t bring them back (I did take these photos though) my husband called in the morning to let them know and the girl that answered was extremely rude , she acknowledged she remembered us from the night before but said there’s nothing she can do about it and asked if we ate the tacos anyways ? I have visited this place multiple times and have noticed that the ladies who cook have a pleasant attitude. However, the ladies at the front desk have an awful attitude that really bothers me. Every time I stop by, I get upset. They never have a positive attitude, so I've decided not to return. I've even told my friends not to go there since they've also experienced the same terrible customer service. WE TOO, can tell you all to F OFF. That is the type of feeling the girls leave you with.
