Usually I dont eat fast food. But today was a day that my husband and I wanted to break that rule and eat a baconator from Wendy's. Well, it was totally awful from the costumer service to the order. The young lady at the microphone totally rude and since she was talking and hanging out with the team she couldn't understand my order so she was yelling at people to go to the window. When I picked my order, I checked everything, the fries were cold and the baconator was like they put the bread from the refrigerator with a burn meat and a yellow cheese and the bacon like throw inside the bread like when you dont want to do the things. I went inside an a very rude young boy told me everything was like that and they wouldn't change it. So I leave since manager wasn't there either or they didn't call her. Terrible hamburger, terrible team and terrible food. All this happened at Wendy's Gatlin blvd behind Home Depot next to I 95. Please dont go there to spent for trash food. NEVER AGAIN. I WASTED MY MONEY since I throw the meals. 🗑 Also, I will suggest to the company that workers don't be miserable but need to be focus at work instead of being goofy in front of client. No receipt at all for my $23, cold meals, and very disrespectful employees. I bet the restaurant have rats and trash inside and people work with no gloves. Ugh, makes my stomach sick. AGAINST WENDYS AND FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS. SPECIFICALLY WENDYS BEHIND HOME.DEPOT IN GATLIN BLVD, EXIT 118 I95. DONT...
Read moreExtremely bad customer service from the girl taking orders. No manners and poor customer service skils. I got to Wendy’s with four minutes to spare to order breakfast. There was a truck in front of me ordering their breakfast order and the girl taking the order took about 3 minutes to ask them to forward to the next window. So by that time it was exactly 10:29 and I waited patiently for her to ask to take my order and when I asked to a number four breakfast at 10:29 She proceeded to tell me breakfast is over sorry! I said are you kidding me it’s 1029 she said no it isn’t it’s 1030. I said well now it’s 1030 now that you’re arguing with me about it and you could’ve just put my breakfast order in when I drove all the way over here sat behind this car while they ordered their breakfast and she waited to let them pull up for three minutes so that I couldn’t order breakfast. I asked to speak to a manager and she said you can talk to her when you pull up to the window. So I turn my car off got out of the car and went inside and tried to talk to the manager and the girl from the window started screaming at me so I started screaming back at her. I’ve never had such poor customer service from this Wendy’s. She does not deserve to have a job and customer service because she is absolutely no customer service skills and Wendy’s should fire for making...
Read moreI waited in line for over 20 minutes just to be cut off by someone that did not place an order at the speaker. The individual cut off 3 cars that waited patiently like everyone else. When I got to the window, I explained to the manager what had happened (Spanish manager she didn't give her name or have a tag on) she brushed me aside and acted like my issue was not an issue. She said "what can I help you with". Everyone watched as the other car paid for their food and was jumped in line. She was not told to move to the side or anything. Manager claimed that an employee messed up the order but if that was the case, why would she have had to pay for her food?? This manager is highly rude an unprofessional and all of this while training a brand new employee. The trainee is superb at her job and I want to praise her for all of her actions and handling a stressful and frustrating situation. There was another order with mine as well but it was ordered in the drive thru as well. It was $5 Biggie Bag with a double stack with a medium sprite and bbq sauce for the nuggets. The next time I will even think about ordering from this particular store will be when I don't see this manager on duty. She is a horrible representation of...
