I have been going to this location for months and typically have no issues . I order the same drink each time. (Venti Matcha with 3 pumps of Honey Blend, keep the Classic and add Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam) Unfortunately, during my recent visits, I have encountered numerous issues! On multiple occasions, my drink has been made incorrectly, and I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. Specifically, I would like to mention the service provided by Aurora, which has been consistently subpar. While I understand that mistakes can happen and that everyone may experience challenging days (I feel it is important to emphasize that I work in the service industry as well) no matter how busy or stressed, I always provide equal and respectful service to every customer. He rushed everything without me barely finishing a sentence. Brings the two sandwiches, wrapped in plastic.
I was unaware that they heat up the sandwiches once you order them. I don’t work at Starbucks. I don’t buy from Starbucks frequently. So when I asked if he would heat up the sandwich’s. He became snappy. As if I’m supposed to know that’s what they do after you order a sandwich. Saying “I was bringing out the sandwiches. Do you expect me to do two things at once? Heat them up and give it to you at the same time?”.
If you don’t like your job, apply for a different one. But until you’re out of the uniform, you’re expected to give professional, customer service. The sniping and attitude isn’t necessary. So I’ll be staying away from that Starbucks location. Very rude and...

Ordered 2 pumpkin cream cold brews, one looked close enough to the typical drink, but didn’t have the pumpkin spice on top. The second didn’t look like anything I ordered. The 3rd came out and the girl told me I could take all three drinks if I wanted and sorry for the wait and mix up. Got to my car tried all 3 and only one was close to what I actually ordered. I didn’t bother to go back in as I had already waited 10 minutes for my order, my husband and I shared the one. They had a line around the building and people waiting for drinks all inside the restaurant.
