Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Port Vincent

I have been using the Dominos at this port Vincent location for the past 4 months, and I can tell you every time I have ordered I have never once had any problems with the food, service, delivery, or carryout. The servers and delivery workers are very polite, understanding, patient, and on time. The food is always hot and evenly distributed in a manner of speaking on the ingredients and the way the food is made. The drinks are always cold. Prior to moving out this way I had previously had to order from the walker dominos or the denham dominos and it never failed they always had something go wrong whether it be that they had mixed up our orders, or forgot part of our orders or served us many times with burnt pizza crust and little sauce on our pizza to the point it tasted dry and there workers and managers were never helpful when it come to fixing there mistakes but I finally found a dominos store I love.... The workers of the port Vincent store really take their jobs seriously and meet their customers needs with precision, warm hearts, and friendly faces. So I want to thank you guys for all your hard work and efforts. You have really done a world of service feeding me and my family with delicious hot food when times have been hard for us and we had to do without a stove/oven or various other cook ware. Last time i got pizza from here, it was not fresh and i was disappointed but today i decided to give them another chance. I called to place an order for two pizzas. The girl on the phone had a very exasperated tone like she just did not care. I explained to her my location and inquired about if they delivered where I was at. She cut me off and wouldn't even let me finish telling her where I was at to tell me that she delivers to my neighborhood all the time. Good deal. So I give her my card number and name. Spent about 20 minutes on the phone because she kept saying things like "uh uh uhmmmm" and making me repeat myself multiple times. She then kept questioning me on my location and I explained it to her three more times and she kept verifying that they did indeed deliver in my area just so she could tell me at LAST minute that they could not deliver to me. Then their snotty little manager gets on the phone and says "We didn't charge your card. Don't know what you want me to do about it." This place needs to teach their employees a better understanding of where they deliver to, RESPECT for customers enough to let them FINISH without cutting them off before they gain detailed information on locations for delivery, and WORTH A DAMN customer service. Idiots. Dominos will not get another...

The last few times I've ordered from this location, it has been horrible. When new management came in, they flipped it to a good one, then over time, it's slipping again. Today was the most horrible meal I've ever had. We love pan pizzas so ordered 2 and we have to get extra sauce because it gets kinda dry. We also do extra cheese. And yes, I know this means a lot of cooking but we pay the extra so, whatever. Anyway, today, on one of them, the dough was only half cooked. Ok, called and complained. They sent us another one. We were full from eating the other stuff we got so waiting til tonight to eat the other. I should of looked at it when they brought it, because it is BURNT! Like I don't even think the racoons will attempt to chew on it. So, yeah, touche Dominos for you trying to tell me that it is going to be soggy with extra sauce. For one, dough means it's raw, it is gooey, not soggy and if it was cooked all the way, then the BREAD, not dough, would be soggy a little. Anyway, our other pizza looked like it got sat on because half the cheese was stuck to the top and I was told that was normal with adding extra sauce and cheese. Needless to say, I'll eat elsewhere from now on. Domino's just isn't what...
