Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Portage Township

The service at the Port Clinton location is horrible. They are always understaffed.

Update on my last post. I sent an e-mail off to Pizza Hut Corp. Regarding the constant poor customer service at this location. I received an e-mail back from them saying the local manager would be contacting me soon. Well, it's been several days now and that hasn't happened. It's obvious this location doesn't care about it's customers or the quality of their food. It's sad really. I always enjoyed Pizza Hut. I will not recommend dinning at the Port Clinton Ohio location.

Well I fell for it again. I tried Port Clinton Pizza Hut again after two years and it hasn't changed! I got the wrong order again. I ordered traditional wings and got boneless, I ordered a salad and it was wilted with the wrong dressing even after asking twice for Italian dressing. Once again the customer service was terrible. After getting home and discovering my messed up order I called "Kathy" the shift manager and explained my disappointment she offered me a $25 credit. Recently ordered takeout from Port Clinton location... First time in a while. I have never been so disappointed in a Pizza Hut pizza! We ordered two medium pizzas, one with cheese, green pepper, onion, bacon, and pepperoni. The other was a medium pizza with double pepperoni. The green peppers were huge slices, some large chunks, rather than small diced like in the past. The red onions were the same way ~ large slices and some large chunks. There's barely any cheese on either pizza, and barely any sauce. In fact, we can barely taste any sauce at all on the pizzas. Double pepperoni? No, just the regular amount. I have heard complaints from friends that our particular PH location in Port Clinton, OH has gone downhill in quality, but wow! I am shocked and saddened. We really wasted money that we can't afford to waste on dining out ~ in fact, it was a special occasion and we treated our family to pizza as a celebration, only to be very sorely...

We visited this Pizza Hut to get out of the rain at our campsite. This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. Our pizzas and our cheese bread came out so overdone that it was almost not edible. Once we got our food, the waitress never came back to ask how our food was so we ate it. We didn’t even get plates and silverware and had to go up to the salad bar to get some ourselves. The pizza wasn’t cut fully so we needed to use the dull spatula to separate the slices. She also never came to get our bill so we could leave. We had five children with us who were given a large plastic cup for their drink, which was a mass because the cups were too big. To top it all off this Pizza Hut does not have alcohol. I would not recommend this...
