After a long day of travel, my friend and I decided to stop to caffeinate with a large mtn dew and a chips and cheese snack. Now, we made sure to check the closing time before being our journey to … great it was 1 am and they did not close until 2am. We arrive to a rather busy Taco Bell at 1:15, I would say maybe 6 cars ahead of us. The line was moving at a decent pace, I will give them that. However, that is all I will give them because as we pull up to be the very next car to order a man comes to our car window at 1:40 shaking his fist aggressively. We, my friend and I made eye contact with this man but not knowing at the time he was a worker. He just kept shaking his fist looking irritated as he stormed back inside, this is when my friend and I realized he was a worker. We were unaware of what had just happened, but we pull forward to order our chips and cheese and drink. When we got to the window they said sorry we’re closed … it was 1:45 am they closed at 2am. I had mentioned that I understand but I thought they closed at 2 am and we had been waiting for 30 minutes. No one answered the speaker. The car in front of us had just ordered a $22 dollar order, which may have been stressful for them at the end of the night. But now we had just spent the last half hour waiting for our food too and now every other food chain will be closing in 15 minutes. The situation would have been different if handled in a more appropriate manner. But an angry man coming at us at 1:45 waving his arms was not that. I have provided a time stamp of when we ended up LEAVING THE LINE after trying to talk with the worker...
Read moreI was annoyed to say the least. I'm an over the road trucker, I parked my truck at Walmart. I only wanted something to eat. I looked on the Internet and found your restaurant. It was around midnight and everything else was closed. According to the hours you have listed on the Internet you are open until 3:00 a.m.. Yes I NOW understand that that refers to the drive-through. However, how am I supposed to know that? Obviously I cannot take a commercial truck through your drive-through. So I walked a 1/2 mile through the rain to get to your store only to find the doors locked. No dinner for me thank you very much. You show a lot of contempt for your customers when you do not even care enough to list your actual hours. Perhaps my business means nothing to you, that's fine. I now sit in my truck again with nothing to eat, soaking wet and absolutely determined to never visit your restaurant. Thank you...
Read moreGreat T-Bell. They know what's up but taco bell as a whole has lost its way. If you were born before 2005 the Taco Bell you know and love is dead. I used go here and get more food than I could eat for $5 in highschool. Now you can't even get three bean burritos for that price. This is a clear sign of the slow decline of the American Empire. I mourn for the loss of what we once had at Taco Bell, and none of the "Y2K" menu items are going to bring that back. This used to be a place you use could stumble into extremely drunk and use your pocket change to get a decent sized midnight snack. Now you can't get out of here satiated for less than $10. I miss the old Taco Bell. Atmosphere gets one star because the vibes are gone. I weep for this new generation. If someone ran for president with the sole promise to restore Taco Bell to its former glory, I would vote for them in...
