BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Portage Township

I love Biggby coffee and their many selections of drinks and food. The staff is always so friendly and provide amazing service! I will unfortunately not be returning due to the recent price hike on drinks. Biggby is now more expensive than Starbucks for the same size specailty drinks, while also being one of the lowest paying employers in Ottawa County. While I love your employee's and your menu items which I have shown said appreciation through always providing a tip, I can not with good consciousness support this business. I will be back in the winter months if biggby will be providing the same discounts they provide every year, but not until then because the pricing is ridiculous right now for the locals that see this business through during the winter months!

Also maybe post a sign stating you no longer serve any hot food items 2 hours before you close. Must just be an issue with this location because I've never had a problem at any...

Literally got rid of all their best flavored coffees and went down to plain coffee. If you want to compete, you have to keep with the flavors that kept your business running Or at least that was the only reason I went there. These flavors set you apart from everyone else. How could you get rid of Michigan cherry and Coconut. They were your top two flavors. When I asked out of curiosity to the employees she stated the owners wanted to go all natural. Lol. You serve sugar drinks...

Spent over an hour in the drive-thru with barely 5 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window and politely asked for a refund or at least a drink card for the ridiculous wait, they told me it was “policy” not to offer anything. No apology, no accountability.

If your staff is overwhelmed, fine, but don’t make your customers pay for it literally. Absolutely wild experience. Biggby corporate needs to reevaluate this location’s standards ASAP!!! Drink also...
