One of my friends suggested this place before Covid, and as our usual breakfast places were closed we decided to give it a try.
Hoooo boy. Where to start.
Not one person was wearing a mask aside from my spouse and I. Not staff and definitely not customers. Honestly had no idea they'd been operating like this against the covid restrictions the whole time, otherwise I'd have avoided it. Y'all are working around food, and those against masks are usually anti vax as well so seems to be a nice covid hotspot.
At least one seat at every table was deteriorated, with the cushions ripped or tearing. Two vacant booths (at least) are so torn it looks like my toddler found some safety scissors and went at it unsupervised. Incredibly unprofessional. I'd have turned around there, but maybe things would be better with the food and service?
Nope.
We sat ourselves at a table, and ordered. There was at least one fly hanging out around us the entire time we ate, and the staff was unbothered. Flies happen, I've worked in food service, but we always tried to quickly and discreetly be rid of them before they bothered customers or ruined their food. Not here, apparently.
The food was mediocre at BEST. To be honest not worth the price, which is already sort of cheap. You can find better food and service at a fast food breakfast drive through, or try one of the other many breakfast spots in the area. One local business not worth supporting.
The waitress dropped off our check (unasked, might have wanted more food but nope this bill is closed I guess) with the food and checked out of our table. Not once did they check on us for drinks or to see if everything was okay. I tipped 10% on a

My wife & I visited there today and I don’t think we will return for one big reason; the food.
The waitstaff, Kenzie & Kassie were pleasant, prompt, and kind and the interior seemed clean but holy cow the food was bad.
I ordered the steak & eggs w/ hash browns & toast. The steak was very small, barely cooked, and completely unseasoned. It tasted frozen (everything tasted frozen) and the mushrooms and onions on top didn’t help. The mushrooms were definitely out of a can and the onions were greasy and undercooked.
The eggs were severely undercooked and were the consistency of runny mucus and again, no seasoning at all.
The hash browns tasted as if they used them to soak up as much oil & grease as possible. Soggy like wet shoelaces.
Note to owners; watch a single episode of Kitchen Nightmares, please. Stop putting so much money & energy into atmosphere and hire capable chefs and equip them with quality fresh food. Drop the frozen stuff, drop the canned stuff, start...
Read moreFirst time visiting;we were seated and order was taken promptly. About 25 minutes pass and the server tells us that our food would be up soon and something must have happened in the kitchen. Food comes out a short time later- it's lukewarm and has obviously been sitting out for a little while. That was the last interaction we had with any server, they never checked on the food quality or our beverage and they never brought out our check. After waiting a solid 20 minutes for the check we ended up paying for our order by pointing out what we had on the menu to the woman at checkout. I know Sunday mornings are busy in breakfast joints and service is never going to be perfect but all in all it was an unimpressive experience and not any place I would...
