Yo your morning drive through needs seriously re-staffed. I come here often and drive through is just so bad. Other people have to be complaining too its the slowest. You dont get answered foe 15-20 seconds ,when you do say hello its "wait a second please". Theres one person ahead of me, i wont come through otherwise, hes at the pick up window. I order my sweet tea and a hashbrown, cant order anything else afraid itll take while. I pay, ask the lady whe they open because the vibe is you just opened and im your first customer. 5am, its 715. Okay youve been open awhile. Wait still with the guy infront of me for about 8 minutes. This is a regular thing they always take long. Your drive through is disappointing/laughable to say the least as a former wendys worker for years. I called to talk to the manager because maybe if they get enough complaints they figure it out in there. Read moreI ordered coffee today and getting in the car the top popped off and bathed me in hot coffee. Besides not feeling too good on my leg it was all over the inside of my car. I was pissed. Went inside, told them what happened and asked for napkins. They acted like this is a daily occurrence. Nobody asked if I was burned nor asked if I wanted the coffee replace. I asked if they would replace the coffee and they said they would be happy to. I waited 5 minutes and no coffee. I left more pissed than before. They acted like it was my fault my cheap kid came off. I noticed it was not on correctly by your employee. And I pushed it over the coffee cup and it still came off. I don't want anything but an apology for giving such crappy service. Waited at least 20 to 25 minutes to get our food and coffee. Then lid popped off and I was wearing a cup of coffee. Then such lack of concern by the help. Read moreMy husband and I sat in the same spot in the drive thru for 10 mins. Didn't know what was going on. Got to the ordering speaker and we realized it was the drive thru girl. She's couldn't find stuff on the menu, repeatedly ignored certain parts of my order and then when we got to the window she tried to charge us for someone else's order. Rosa definitely needs more training I think. Then we got to the second window and the girl had no idea what was goin on. She asked to see our receipt so we showed her. Then 2 minutes later a manager or crew leader came and asked for our receipt like she thought we didn't pay or something. Finally get our food and leave... Fries were old and cold. And they didn't give us straws for our drinks. My mcflurry was only half way full. Asked for a 2 piece tender for my toddler. Got a 6 piece instead, and yes they charged me for a 6 piece.
