La Michoacana Plus — Restaurant in Porterville

I went in this evening and had a few words with a so called "Manager" she had the worst attitude and I refused to be serviced by her....so I asked the othe round lady there to help me whi h she did. When I asked her for the managers name she disclosed that she couldn't give me that Information so I then asked 8f the manager could give me her own name and she stood there rolling her eyes at me completely ignoring me and I asked her so you don't have a name now or what? And she turns and looks at me and says No I sure don't . She then proceeded to tell the other employee to just ignore me and not give her any Information and to not answer my questions. Every time I go in there , I wa salways get a cashier who gives decent customer services, but some of these young kids nowadays have no respect or manners......I would love to file a formal complaint...

I had a family member raving about this place. Finally caved in and brought my whole family here. The ladies were very rude and unprofessional. For the cherry on top. One of the ladies dropped our whole order and had to restart over. After taking an unpleasant amount of extra time. It wasn't busy at all to say that was the reasoning behind it. Soon after they still exerted a good amount of attitude. I had ordered churros for my daughter and my wife took the first bite... it was still frozen. Had to go back and get it correctly made. So many negative situations in under 30 min. I hope to give this place one more chance and not judge it by my one time experience. For now I will take my time to not think about coming for...

Their micheaguas are really good, I've tried them a few times already. I've tried the pepino and the strawberry one and they are both really good. The churros & ice cream are also so good. The mini pancakes are bomb too. The customer service ain't the best, which is why I didn't rate it higher. The lady told me they were sold out of the mini pancakes to which I kind of made a face because i was confused since i thought the pancakes were made to order. Then she tells me that the machine was off and it takes like 5-10 minutes to heat up. I told her it was fine that I'd wait got them to be done. It was still like 3 hrs prior to them closing so idk why she wouldn't want to turn...
