Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Porterville

I normally get the crazy sauce and buy extra because I like extra sauce. For me $1.00 is a lot for the small container but because it's easier I usually get it. The last couple of times I have purchased it they have only put it at the half way mark. I asked them to please fill it and the girl was very rude and said I don't know if I can do that. I said it's only half way. I pay a dollar for the small amount as it is. She grabbed them out of my hand and shoved two more at me and walked away. I wasn't rude I just asked to have full ones instead of half. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I thought well maybe it was just the day. I ordered more a couple of days later and my child went in to pick everything up and asked again on this occasion to please give us full containers. They said they are not allowed to fill them up more they would get into trouble. So I took pictures of what they gave us and then went into the store next to it and bought a regular jar of sauce for around a $1.50-$2.00. I don't know how others feel but I think it's ridiculous to pay $1.00 for 1/2 a small container of sauce especially when honestly a dollar was too much to begin with. I placed an order for pickup at this location because the other one here in town has gotten on my nerves. But I guess all little Caesars are the same. I went in about 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be in the portal to give them time and I get there, it's packed with people, one lady is ordering 50 pizzas so I have to wait to talk to the one employee at the register because my pizzas were NOT in the portal. I finally talk to them after 10 minutes and it turns out my food was just sitting there by the pizza portal waiting out in the open! Like WTH is up with that??? At least at the location on W Henderson they apologized and gave me free bread sticks once when they made me wait and once when they messed up my pizza but here they didn't even say anything! Im willing to give them one last chance because I honestly enjoy the pizza, but if they mess it up again or don't have my food ready when they say it's ready then they lost a customer forever. Please get it together...

Can you guys please answer your phone, I try to call in a order ,I don't want to use my card online, but no I'm one answers. I've called about 5 xs , the time before this I was on hold for 15 minutes , so I just drove there and they answered well I was in the store , they were not even busy at all , it was slow . but didn't have time to wait so I had to get whatever they had ready, which I wanted something special ordered, I would of just left , but my kids were hungry after school , so I just got it n left very upset. I hate to leave a bad review, but I'm sorry u guys earned it .oh and please cut your pizza all the way through so I don't have to rip a piece off or there not evenly cut . Hope I can leave a better...
