Subway — Restaurant in Porterville

Upon This location it was me and my fiancé and two children we purchased for sandwiches an additional sandwich for my son. Everything was fine until the point I left after my lunch was over I had to go back to work. I get a car text list and 15 minutes later later stating that the crew threw the kids food Away upon calling to get to the bottom of it. Needless to say no one answered and upon visiting to location to get a straight answer after getting off of work on why they threw away the sandwich. I literally bought my son and two cookies I was given the excuse that the table was left unattended, and they had to clean up the table, even after my fiancé notified that she was going to the bathroom with my two young children , the staff member Desiree believe she is a shift lead told me that it’s not her fault they should’ve left someone out there. She insisted that I should’ve left my two young children guarding the sandwich. But after less than five minutes of them coming back from the bathroom, their food was completely thrown away a value of upwards of $50. We spent there to be thrown away. The thing that gets me is Desiree did not offer to replace them hell nor did she offer to fix the issue. And the atmosphere is hostile the male employees try to scare you down when you walk in there do not recommend anybody...

Ordered through postmates my order was one sandwich short and the sandwich I did get was so soggy that the paper they wrap the sandwiches in was soaked and the bread was no longer able to hold the contents of the sandwich. the food was not edible so I called subway and the sandwich maker was EXTREMELY rude and refused to give the corporate phone number to me, refused to provide her managers name, refused to put the manager on the phone and refused to provide her name as well so I wouldn't be able to tell corporate who she was... DO NOT EAT HERE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE SANDWICHES, ORDERS MADE...

Food was good, clean atmosphere. Unfortunately we were greeted by 'WE CLOSE AT 9'...it was 8:45...we ordered and quickly gobbled down our food...we were then told at 8:57 they were closed. Now, I do get that employees want to close down...usually employees will say we are closed and let customers finish their meal while they clean up...but this was not the case. Probably...
