She is incredibly sweet and always goes the extra mile to ensure her guests have a memorable experience. I eat here 1-2 days a week. Sue, her uncle and her cooking staff are Awesome!!!!! One of my personal favorites is their Cobb Salad with honey mustard dressing. The best part is their extensive menu, of all ethically different foods, plus a long list of American style foods. I have been coming here I believe ever since they opened. They have catered some of our Corporate functions for Sonsray Machinery. Even my father who is retired from, and my former Employer, Oregon Tractor, went here daily for lunch. Went in for a "Breakfast Sandwich" I specifically asked for the English muffin to be well-done and toasted golden brown. Proprietor stated he understood... got to my office and the muffin was as white as it was when it comes out of the package. So I went back and politely asked that he remake my sandwich as the muffin was not cooked per our earlier conversation. He then came back a minute later and showed me a perfectly cooked muffin and asked if it was satisfactory, I said yes thank you! Then not 15 seconds later he handed me my sandwich. I felt the sandwich was cold and checked the egg.... he had put the innards off the first sandwich on my "new" one, which were 15 minutes COLD!!!...
