I couldn't be happier with my experience with Oregon Food Trucks! When you're getting a trailer built, you always hear the horror stories—delays, poor workmanship, communication issues. But Oregon Food Trucks was the complete opposite in every way. From day one, they were transparent, professional, and genuinely great to work with. They helped me design a trailer that matched my vision perfectly—and then took it a step further and exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship, fit, and finish on everything is top-notch. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. One of the biggest headaches with getting a trailer certified in Washington is dealing with L&I, but Oregon Food Trucks handled the entire process. When I arrived to pick it up, the trailer already had its L&I sticker and had passed everything. That alone was a massive relief. Even after delivery, their support didn’t stop. One small component had an issue, and they resolved it immediately—no runaround, no questions asked. Just amazing service. We couldn’t say enough about Nick and his families business! We dealt with Oregon Food trucks for a couple of years! During Covid we prolonged the process by switching which truck we wanted to use, along with trying to decide what type of generator we wanted to use.. We ended up using Joule Case batteries. We are one of the few considered green food trucks in the state of Washington! And Oregon Food truck worked with Joule Case to learn to install them! We were very impressed! I also wanted to say Nicks father was VERY fair on pricing, even with all the upgrades and changes we made! We would DEFINITELY use them again! We were even invited to a cook out for his family and workers while we were there visiting the truck. ( we live a distance). Great people!
