Arby's — Restaurant in Portland

Today I went for breakfast and it took a bit longer than usaul for them to take my order no big though I get that however when I pulled up to the window a tall redheaded male was NOT wearing a mask this is unacceptable there is a pandemic right now if he has a medical exception then he shouldnt be running drive thru or working near the public I was not happy with this considering I have family who cant get covid or they will pass I would appreciate it if you enforced the mask law please...

Went there a few days ago and asked for cajun style steak fries and to my own disappointment they gave me cold soggy curly fries? What's the dealio Arby's? The roast beef sandwiched tasted alright, nothing to raise the roof over and it reminded me of my friend's mom (if you catch my drift). I would have rated this one star if it weren't for how charming the tall red-headed male was at the drive-thru. Gave me goosebumps honestly so this establishment deserves 3 stars for hiring excellent...

I am a lover of all things Arby's and the food here was excellent. But the eating area was FREEZING! When I asked the counter worker if they could make it warmer, she said they could not, with no reason offered. I could feel that the kitchen area was much warmer. People at the 4 full tables were wearing jackets on an 82 degree day. My family ended up sitting in our car eating next to another family doing the same. Sadly, we wont be planning to eat inside there again...
