Bento — Restaurant in Portland

This would have to be one of my least favorite sushi joints I've ever been to lol. It's not terrible, it's just not great. We waited almost an hour for our food and the chicken hibachi was definitely just mediocre at best. The sushi was flavorful and seemed to be fresher than I was expecting. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was less than desirable. The floors in some spots looked like they hadn't been touched in weeks. The girl that took our order was not helpful at all lol. I’ve been coming here since before the COVID Pandomic and it use to be really good food every order but after they closed for a while then opened back up the quality and taste of the food is not as good. I ordered today for the first time in maybe almost a year and it was still garbage. I paid $20+ for my meal and didn’t enjoy it at all. My spring rolls were mushy with the contents inside of them. On my bento box I asked for wasbi and still didn’t get any. My sushi was a mess. Wasn’t even even and tight as it should be and the rice was almost like mush. Salmon was dry. They are geniuses. This is a perfectly hidden, exquisite gem. They surely have precisely what they need for these recipes, and little else, because they are using some expensive ingredients. I ordered Chicken Katsu, Yakisoba with sauce on the side, Chicken and Fried Rice with Teriyaki sauce. An Eel roll, Seafood roll, and a Philadelphia roll. I put "I love eel" as part of my note, and they gave me extra eel sauce. I also got yumyum sauce, and oyster sauce (by request, free) and oh my...
