I came to this store because my mom has come here exclusively for years to get her jewelry repaired. My diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring and the prongs and band itself were in pretty bad shape. I was torn between just getting the diamond placed back in my original band, or upgrading to a newer setting. I did not feel ANY pressure to spend more than I had planned to and felt the information I was being given was genuine advice from knowledable friend (the owner is an incredibly nice, personable person who I felt like I had known for years). I ended up upgrading to a new setting and decided to get my diamond placed in a six prong setting as opposed to four (like my original). I was very impressed with how quickly the new setting was ordered and the time it took to finish placing the diamond into the new setting (all within less than a week, folks!). My new ring looks incredible, and I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful it is. This store is a shining example of excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
