Super friendly service and SO Quick!

The slim tacos (keto: crispy-cheese instead of a tortilla) were new to me and an exciting distraction from the quesobirria, which were perfectly executed and fresh. The consommé was very good and not too thin. The mulitas had a ton of meat in and on top, which created an excellent flavor profile. The vampiros were the star here for me, with the exact amount of crunch to give an extra layer of texture complexity. The meat was just a little dry (before adding salsa or consommé) but the entire package is so well done that it outshines the ONLY fault I could find. Besides, who isn't dipping their birria? That's a crime.

Listen, I understand that there are more taco trucks than there are people in Portland, almost too many options! But you no longer have to make these sorts of hard decisions after you try Birrieria Jalisco (say that five times fast). Hands down, the best taco truck in Portland (72nd and Flavel). But they even go above and beyond by being the friendliest people, as well. Prices are super affordable as well. Don’t forget about Taco Tuesday!! 🌮

I wish I had a photo to share, but that would require forethought and an ability to wait to eat my tacos, which I just don’t have the power to do at this time in my life 😂

I've only been here twice but plan on returning as often as possible! I live about 40 minutes away but it is so worth the drive. The service is outstanding! I accidentally went at exactly their closing time the first time because I didn't know when they closed. They still let me order! That is amazing customer service and I was so surprised. Last time we ordered extras so I would have leftovers and everything was so good. The quesatacos are my new favorite food. 5 stars really isn't...
