Happy Teriyaki #1 — Restaurant in Portland

I'm not trying to be anything other than HONEST... I was just appalled by the way I was almost CHEATED AND STOLEN FROM.... you should be very careful, I don't think I will ever trust them to NOT BE CROOKS WITH NO SMARTS... I'm sure if you pay cash you will have no problems unlike me and my wife we paid with a debit card, swiped it ,then signed, was given total amount on receipt I signed, $27.40... and I received a text from my bank confirming my purchase, but I really don't know how much they get away with this nonsense with others, 6 minutes after the original text message from my bank, I received another, stating that I was charged for $35.95@UN-HAPPYTERIYAKI.. not sure what to think it's obviously a scam for gratuity... That they are adding to your saved CC #S... After patrons leave, if I had not received the notification that my card was charged for a transaction, I am sure it would have been unnoticed and obviously I can't really see it being a HAPPY, DINING EXPERIENCE FOR ME...

THEY MADE ME PAY TWICE FOR ONE BOWL OF FOOD!

I have been getting take out here for over a year now, and have gotten different menu items every time with the accompanying vegetable of steamed cabbage. Today I went in and ordered a beef bowl that I always usually get cabbage with and was sent home with steamed celery. When I took it back and told them I couldn't eat celery because I was allergic to celery and needed the cabbage (and had always gotten the cabbage every time I had ordered this before ) and didn't know why I got celery the lady got Snappy with me and said it is always celery which it never has been! Also they made me pay for an additional bowl. So I had to pay for a bowl that I didn't even eat (because I physical couldn't) and then I had to pay for ANOTHER Bowl because they messed up the order. Their food is always good I get the teriyaki chicken usually and it is delicious. The portions that they serve are fantastic I usually can't eat it all in one setting chicken very flavorful very tender cooked just right. I've eaten there so many times and there's chickens never been undercooked or overcooked. vegetables very from awesome to a little undercooked depending on how you like your vegetables. I like mine very tender but the flavor is always delicious and it's a very decent price you can get two meals for about 15 bucks. and their staff is very welcoming. orders that you call in are always prompt never had an issue with it taking more than 5 to 10 min from the time I make the order. the only issue you might find not so grate is building has a faint old building smell but I am always seeing their stuff like their hands and their cleanliness I'm thankful for. some of my friends consider me a bit of...
