Half the time the service is quick, and the order is correct. Other half of the time, service takes forever and they mess our usually very simple order. It's a hit or miss, and I cannot seem to figure out the pattern. Can say that if they do mess up and you're still there, go back through the drive thru or go inside when hours permit and they will provide you a corrected item in trade for the messed up one but that's all, won't even offer an apology and they will act obviously inconvenienced by you returning your incorrect order. Have tried to contact the manager at least 4-5 times at various times and days of the week - always told that they are busy, gather my info including phone number but I have yet to receive a call back. Had one really bad experience where I got all the way home to realize they actually forgot not ONE but TWO burgers and an order of fries, called and explained I live in Damascus and it's a 25 min drive one way, asked to have my entire order replaced so that the people missing their food could still eat with us/us with them, was told alright and to come back and they would remake it. Drive the 25 mins back only to be told that they would NOT replace my entire order, gave me the two burgers they forgot in a bag - burgers were original ones they forgot almost an hour and a half prior so you can only imagine how cold they were but to top things off, the lady actually argued with me over the fries saying we did get four orders (we received three orders, I believe they were waiting on fries and that's why the other bag got left behind) and refused to fix, replace, remake or even warm up any food other than what we had. Asked who the manager is and what times they'd be in and she shut the window in my face. Regardless of the 50/50 chance on wait time and order correctness, we still came here quite often (2-3 times a week) spending about $20-$35 per visit (depending on how many of us are eating) but since the "window shut in my face" incident and the lack of concern or reply from the manager, we haven't returned nor do we plan to until something is addressed. Maybe someone will see this review - and even if they don't, we have told all of our friends and family members including a post on Facebook (even telling everyone that we would update them if someone contacted us or our complaints were addressed) as we know (as local business owners ourselves) word of mouth will always be the most impacting form of advertising regardless of how technologically advanced we become. Please, someone make this right as we loved eating here but we cannot put our self respect out the window after the way we were treated and worse, in front of our children. My wife and I do not want to be like this, we are kind, giving, happy and community driven but as two married women with multiple adopted children, we receive enough judgement and prejudice just by passerby's so we REFUSE to voluntarily go somewhere and in essence give them permission to put us down, disrespect us and ignore our requests to simply get what we paid for with our hard earned money....

They’re refusing to take ANY accountability simply saying “All our food is fully-cooked”. I don’t care. Could be fully cooked poop in it, for all I know. You got me sick. And Caylie Walker below, a total stranger, reported the same thing within hours of myself. Yeah.. It’s you guys. Manager was rude. I was polite, used no foul language, she hung up on me and denied it from the get go and didn’t take it seriously from the first word. I’ve contacted Caylie Walker on Facebook, a stranger to me. We will handle this together and find yesterday’s other victims since the manager was so unprofessional just now. I’ll also be letting corporate know about the specifics of this “manager”. Read moreI frequent this location and now I am thinking of just not going to it any more because it seems that more times than not they forget to give you your whole order. On top of that they don't give you the receipt which makes it so you can't go back and get the rest of your order if you want to take the time to do so but when you are on a lunch hour or getting ready for work then this is not something you can easily do just drive all the way back for the rest of your food. So you lose a few bucks here and there and when you go there as much as me that piles up to hundreds of dollars a year of products you are not receiving from them. This needs to be changed. They need to take their heads out of their rears and actualy treat their customers like they care about them not just half hazardly go through their day and skip on some of the food you order. Now we are a whole meal short so I am just going to have to skip my meal and eat later so I can give my food to my mother. Didn't really want to go hungry to work today but hey I guess that is what is going to happen today.
I do hope that they read this review and try to fix this issue because it is going to hurt you guys in the long run if you keep shorting people on their food.
